I cannot say enough good things about this place! When we first got my dog, Sawyer, I read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of information regarding the local Veterinary clinics. To my surprise, the one that was closest to us seemed to have the highest reviews. I am not sure that these reviews did them justice. When we first brought Sawyer into the clinic, we were nervous as neither of us had ever had a dog since our teens. The entire staff made us (and Sawyer) feel welcome. Dr. Hayes took the time to make Sawyer feel comfortable with petting, silly noises, play, and anything else he could think to do. He answered any question that we could think to ask and followed up by stating that if we ever have additional questions, dont hesitate to call. We have called, and every time we get a person on the other line that is willing to talk us through what we need and offer suggestions. We have visited several times and the staff are so obvious about how much they care for animals. Sawyers favorite place to go is the Vet (it is above PetSmart) and he gets disappointed every time that we drive by the clinic but do not stop. How many people can honestly say that? We recently adopted another dog, Chloe, and the story is the same. The team is great. They remember us when we call on the phone or when we walk into the building. They are contentious about our budget constraints while offering better care than I imagined any vet could do. I have never once been treated as a number but always as an individual person with individual dogs. I tell every person that I know has pets that they should go there and I have yet to hear of anyone who was disappointed. Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic is simply fantastic!

Dr.Michael Hayes & his staff are beyond. terrific. Bless them♡. On Sept.2, 2016 My sister had to put her precious baby a yorkie of 12 yrs, Nemo, to sleep, he was in pain due to cancer. Its the hardest thing she has had to do. I know I have been thru this horrific pain 8x, over the yrs, its indescribable & they have all been strays. You feel like your heart is being ripped into pieces .I was there to support my sister & to be with Nemo to say my goodbye . For I loved him sooo Much. But, most impt. was for the immense Compassion that Dr. M. Hayes had for our pet, me, my sister & brother -in-law. He took his time to explain everything & then Prayed for us all. I am forever grateful for Dr Hayes kindness. His office is organized & clean. I will recommend him to everyone that has a pet. Dr.Michael Hayes is one in a Million!! Thank you , you are a true Compassionate Veterinarian ..Blessings to you, your staff & family ♡

Last week I was in Orlando on a business trip. The bellman at the hotel went into my room while I was out and let me dog out. My dog Fiona was lost for 25 hours on International Drive. When she was found she could not walk due to a paw injury. I do not live in Orlando so I did not know where to take her. A sheriff suggested Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic. I arrived at the office without a appointment 5 minutes before the office closed The office staff was so kind and got us in to see the Doctor quickly. The Doctor was very professional he took his time to explain the different treatment options and follow up care for both. The cost was very fair and was explained to me before they did any treatment. I really lucked out walking into the right clinic- if I lived in Orlando this would be my Vet. I 100% recommend Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic and I am very thankful for how well they treated my dog.

The team at Williamsburg is one you will be most impressed with.i have been going there for the last 8 years. You can expect cleanliness, friendly staff and a very knowledgeable team. Your pet WILL come first. Dr. Hayes has certainly taken this location to the next level. Thank you for caring for my Copley the way you have. For not advocating around price but More so what would work best for my pet. For teaching me a new way for caring for him and for always suggesting natural remedies when necessary. Thank you especially for holding my hand when I needed it most. For helping me to remember my baby in a way that only you could do. You have a loyal client in me and would give you 10 stars if I could.

I am on the east side of Orlando but went out of my way to Williamsburg Vet. After trying two vets on my side of town, I had to go back to Williamsburg. I was able to get in the day I called (due to a cancellation) and have my sick cat checked. She was given medicine and is all better now (a flu or something bad eaten). There was reasonable charges and honest explanations of my options. The other vets on my side always try to rack up the bill for unnecessary charges but williamsburg is honest and fair. They also treat my cat very well and call her cute names :) A place that truly loves animals and operates with honesty.

I had to take my loving cat of 16yrs. to Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic on Thursday June 16th to have her put to sleep. The hardest thing Ive ever had to do. Dr Michael Hayes and his staff were amazing in the treatment of my baby, myself and husband. Very compassionate and gentle in the handling of this very difficult time. I will be taking my other cat to their facility for his checkups and health needs in the future. I recently bought a home in Williamsburg - so I had not used this Veterinary Clinic yet. But this is where Ill be going from now on.

This is hands-down the best vet that Ive ever been to! Always clean, prompt, professional and most importantly, very caring and sensitive to the pets and their owners! I had to go through the unfortunate experience of putting my 15-year-old cat down after he was experiencing kidney failure, and they made the experience as comfortable and as bearable as possible. If you are going through any challenges with your pets, you and your pet will be well taken care of here. I could not be more impressed with them or recommend them more highly!

Absolutely no complaints- everyone here is so friendly and nice! I feel that the care my dog receives is always of the highest quality. Vet appointments never feel rushed and smaller trips (for nail trims) are always quick! The techs are amazing and so gentle. Everyone there always tries to make going to the vet a positive experience for my very shy dog. The office and exam rooms are very clean. We have seen Dr Hayes the most, he is fantastic! Dr. Graves is also great as well! Both are very patient and thorough.

Willamsburg Vet is a wonderful place to bring your pets. I have had in my opinion some very negative experiences at other vets. Williamsburg vet clinic is a very trustworthy, honest, and caring facility. From routine care, diagnostics, and helping with the passing of one our pets, they have always been a top quality service. I only wish I could have moved their vet with me on my recent relocation. If you are looking for a new vet, you can certainly trust their care at Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic.
