I saw Stella for Botox. It was my first injection and I was nervous. I asked a lot of questions and she was very patient and kind. I was afraid of negative side effects such as droopy eyes. She assured me that she had extensive training, many years of experience, and never experienced droopy eyes. She asked me questions regarding the look I wanted. I wanted to remove forehead lines, but keep my expressions and ability to lift my eyebrows. She assured me everything would be ok. She injected 25 units which was the minimum offered. She opened everything fresh and in front of me. It was all sterile and new. After the procedure, I had small bumps at the injection sites for a few hours. It was covered easily and with makeup and looked like acne. I didnt receive any post procedure instructions other than dont lay on my face for a few hours. I rushed out very quickly, so that may have been my fault. The cost was much less than I had been quoted at plastic surgeons. Stella has a lot of experience and really knows what she is doing. She explained that if I wanted my face to be "frozen" she could do that too. Her goal is to make you look how you want to look and not cast judgement or tell you what to do. It took 3 days for me to really notice an improvement. Im glad I did it. It was totally worth it. My eyebrows still move, I have zero wrinkles, and no one even knew I had it done. I look refreshed, but the same.

Dr. Blatnoys staff are fantastic. I have suffered from Keloids on my left shoulder due to trauma from an old car wrack 17 years. I have been depressed and didnt know what to do. I have tried scar revision surgery, laser treatment, scar cream, steroid injection,but nothing worked. I heard about Dr. Blatony s Cyrodestruction and decided to give it a try. Elena the nurse practitioner was the one who helped me. She was just awesome, very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my situation. She was the best medical provider I had. It worked well on my skin! 6 small Keloid were gone 3, and I need schedule another appointment to go back to see her..I am from Jackson, Mississippi so the travel was a pain on the neck. Elena the NP and her staff were very understanding, they called to check on me while I was on the way back to Mississippi, and called to check on me several times afterwards. My opinion is this clinic is the best dermatology clinic in US, definitely worth a try! you wont be disappointed. I gave 5 stars for their excellent service.

UNETHICAL & UNPROFESSIONAL. Brought my teenage son for an acne treatment, from the beginning we felt rushed during appointments. He was given and overdosed of the medicine during the first months of his treatment, generating an even worst reaction to his body (back/chest) and face. Staff was very unprofessional, specially Stella Terenteva, that on more than one occasion was eating and didnt care to check my son out during his appointments. Due to all of these, my sons skin got worsen to a point that he had to be taken out of school and was not comfortable going outside. We then decided to take him to Nemours hospital for a more serious treatment, where he eventually was taken care of. Now after a 1 1/2 yrs of medical treatment with an specialist from this hospital and with some real Doctors that determined that he was overdosed for the first 90 days while being seen at this Vitaly office, he is finally fine and able to walk in public again. Do your self a favor and do not visit this office. Thanks.

Best Dermatology office I have been to. We moved to Orlando from Boston area about 2 years ago and I was very lucky to find Dr. Blatnoy right away and not waste time anywhere else. With my fair skin I need to do regular checkups and I was prepared to book an appointment for months in advance (in MA I had to wait 4-6 months for checkup appointment). So, I was very surprised to get an appointment within couple of days and even though office seems to be very busy, there was no waiting time. I was seen at exact scheduled time. Staff is very friendly and professional and Dr. Blatnoy himself just the Best. In past years I had mole removed (no scar) , some tests taken and I would trust the office with my face and beauty procedures (plan for the nearest future).

Went in for cystic acne. The PA spent all of five minutes with me, barley listening to what I thought contributed to this (I havent had bad skin ever. Randomly broke out violently,) and put me on an antibiotic and a cream for two weeks. When I returned because I saw no change (how could you after two weeks) she immediately tried to put me on acutane. I do not feel comfortable taking such harsh drugs It took tears to be given another treatment plan. I went to get a second opinion from a different dermatologist and they were flabbergasted with her actions. All in all for acne I would not recommend this place. The PA (I believe her name was Stella) was cold and not willing to listen to the patient.

Went in for an acne consult. I walked in, and the staff was talking and giggling amongst themselves before attending to me. Dr. Blatnoy saw me for about 5 minutes. Cold approach. Then I went to pay and one of the girls rolled their eyes at me when I told them I shouldnt owe them $200. I paid the co-pay. I just got the bad vibe and decided to consult someone else. Months later, Im still receiving bills for the co-pay that they forgot to post! Finally resolved 5 months later.

I went Dr. Blatnoy for skin check and mole removal, and brought my daughter for acne treatment. My insurance is Humana. Office staff made it easy to make an appointment. On the day of the visit, I was pleasantly surprised to be seen precisely on time. Dr. Blatnoy was very thorough and accurate. Excellent bed side manners. He seemed caring and understanding of our concerns. The whole experience was very positive. I am going to send my wife to see him as well.

I came to Dr. Blatnoy with a bump that appeared on my face, that turned out to be a cancer. I was told by a plastic surgeon that I have to go to the hospital to have it removed, and have a skin graft after. That was really scary to me, and I couldn’t afford it. Dr. Blatnoy made it really easy and smooth. He took care of it in the office. It healed amazingly well. He really wants what’s best for the patient – not how to make more money.

Dr. Blatnoy operated on me recently. He is a great professional with excellent bed-side manners. The office seem extremely busy, but I never have to wait for more than 10-15 minutes. His stuff is polite, well trained and respectful. I wish I was more careful with sun when I was younger and didnt have skin cancers to deal with now, but Dr. Blatnoy makes the whole process pretty smooth and painless.

I went to Dr. Blatnoy regarding some acne that I had on my face after I had a facial wax and decided it was a great idea to go tanning... Needless to say my face broke out and for more than a week was not improving... I explained to him what happened and was stressing because Ive never had acne before... He was understanding, explained things Well and prescribed some medication. Such a nice guy!
