Horrible experience with this office. Never got to see a Dr. Only saw Rachel Smith and had 3 different visits with her. Told me I had Eczema, (after a biopsy) use some ointment, and told me to dry soap and lotion for Eczema. Only had a few spots at that time. Went back 6 weeks later because I had quite a few spots, she said they looked like bed bug bites. Told her that was not the case, had already checked for that. Gave me different ointment and some antihistamine pills to take. Went back a third time because the itching was intense and nothing had worked so far, still said it looked like bites and not Eczema. Did do another biopsy and again it came back Eczema. NEVER talked to me about Eczema, causes or how to treat, things to do or not to do. By this time I had these areas all over my body and was itching so bad I wanted to just die. Would not take my dog back to this office. Felt as though I was dismissed because she thought it was bed bug bites.

The staff & Dr. Suah were welcoming , friendly, good personality, and professional. The office was modern & clean. I went for general exam. They were prompt at getting me back, and once sat in the back I only waited about 2 minutes to see the Dr. He was thorough and made sure to answer all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at all. My appt was at 220 and I was done by 235. I highly recommend!

I first went to the Ormond Beach office, they verified my insurance and said I would just pay a small copay and scheduled me at Port Orange. Staff was lovely and sweet can not complain about their hospitality but at the end of the visit they said I owe $175 after the Ormond beach office said It would be covered. Feel scammed.

I have been going to Parks Dermatology since @2002. Dr. Parks is excellent and used to drive up to Ormond office. When they opened office in Port Orange - I started going to Dr. Michelle Foley at that location. She also is excellent and caring. Staff is great, offices clean and wait time is around 5 to 10 min.

Had a cosmetic mole on my scalp I wanted to remove. Made an appointment for 3:10, pulled in at 3:00, walked out at 3:11 with the mole removed. Great, fast, no hassle experience. Ill definitely go to Parks in the future.
