I was a patient in 2014 and had a very good experience. However, this time I cannot rate it low enough. I made an appointment a week ago, when I came in, I was made aware of a balance from 2014, after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room. No time in over 3 years did I receive a monthly or even quarterly statement to know of these charges. When I spoke to the insurance specialist, she blamed my insurance company. They had paid in full 2 of my 3 visits in 2014. There was one that was unpaid. She could not give me a reason why. My issue with this is... why was I not made aware when making the appointment. Also, in a weeks time, no one verified my insurance for this appointment. And at no point did they accept responsibility for their lack of communication. Being a Physician myself, I would be out of business if I handled my patients this way. "Hello, welcome, you have a $1000 balance from 3 years ago, do you want to set up a payment plan?". "Oh, and we dont know your co-pay today or even of this visit is covered on your insurance." Unprofessional business practices! Their insurance specialist was rude, pushy and uniformed! Their billing department should be a little more proficient in sending statements. Extremely unorganized. I actually had to ask for a copy of my complete records to be sent so that I may handle this. If you had not heard from a Dr, would it be wrong to assume that the bills were paid? Is it my responsibility to make sure that they are doing their jobs and collecting payment? Well, in my practice, I do all of that and do not expect my patients to do anything other than arrive on time. It is my responsibility to make sure that insurance is verified beforehand, proper payment is taken at time of service. Dr Steppie was great, 3 years ago. However, he is not seeing patients, and in an administrative role. Well, please step up and overhaul your scheduling and billing dept. Thanks

I wanted to change dermatologist to a place closer to my home. My first visit I waited an hour after the appointment at the Lake Underhill office. I was ready to leave, then they came in to do the examination. They examined and diagnosis was that I needed skin lesion removed under an eye. They referred me to Sand Lake Rd. office. I arrived on time, kept me waiting 30 minutes. I left because I got the impression they were always behind, thus may hurry through the exams. They may be fine, but I don;t have good experiences. I tried to get my medical records, but they gave me a hard time about that. On the positive side, I went in to get an itch removed, they prescribed an ointment which worked right away.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Waited on hold for 13 minutes for someone to answer the phone. No one ever did. Made a complaint with the call center as that is where you call when you think you are speaking directly to the location youre not. The call center was also unable to contact the office. Totally unacceptable when you have a question that needs to be answered. Always have to wait for more than an hour past my appointment time to be seen. They are courteous at the desk which is required but are clueless on answering questions about your co pay, deduct and information they should have when you are having any procedure done. Will seek another facility.

Just visited this dermatologist and was seen by the physician assistant. After confirming I had ringworm from our house cat, she proceeded to tell me they should do a biopsy just incase the medicine didnt work. Now i have a HUGE unsightly scar to walk around with "just to be sure" it was in fact ringworm. Im so angry at myself for going along with the idea. I will NEVER visit this place, nor recommend ANYONE go here. P.s. the biopsy takes several weeks to get results, we would know if the medicine works within several days. I would have hoped they consider the scar they leave behind on their patients, just to cover themselves in the event it isnt what they think.

Do not go here! Definitely pay attention to all of the lower reviews for this office. The medical team lies straight to your face. There is a delayed coordination between the medical team and pharmacy that they use (they wont let you use your own pharmacy). They claim they will coordinate with the pharmacy and insurance but blatantly ignore calls from the pharmacy and insurance company. There is absolutely no continuity of care and it is impossible to have your medications filled consistently here. When attempting to speak with a manager, everyone suddenly became unavailable to speak with me. They are a terrible, dishonest, rude office.

They were down a nurse, so the wait was longer than usual. But I was still being patient with that. I had an appointment for a full-body examination for skin cancer check and for some rashes that I had started to develop. The doctor came in and just rushed me around. He didnt ask for any information on what medications I took. He was just focused on taking a biopsy ( of something that I knew wasnt serious) and getting to his next patient. Ill give my benefit of the doubt for other locations for Associates of Dermatology, but this location wasnt a good place to get help.

Went October 25th to get a simple check up. Got 2 moles removed which were not very big maybe the size of a sprinkle. They took a huge chunk of skin which they did a terrible job cutting off. Its been almost a month and my skin still isnt healed. Ive done everything I should and usually heal fast. My boyfriend went somewhere else and got some taken off that were similar in size and his were small cuts which healed normally. Also my nurse was very impersonal and didnt seem to care. Take yourself somewhere better then this.

I was blown away with my new clear and fresh skin after a visit to Olga Forman. Frankly this was the first time the results were consistently great without use of antibiotics. I have seen many doctors in Florida and out of state for the last 4 years and only now I can finally live stress free with great skin and easy maintenance regime. I have already recommended the specialist to my friends and all of them are very satisfied. If you are looking for a knowledgeable skin care professional, this is a place to consider

I wanted to find a dermatology office near home and this was my first and will be my last visit to this office. They kept me waiting for over an hour to see the doctor. People who arrived after I did came and went. I was about to leave and asked why I had not been seen. The woman at the desk told me "she needed to fax some things first and would call me back" really? Not a good first impression. The doctor spent less than 5 min with me. Never going back to this place awful staff and service.

Called to get my biopsy results 2 MONTHS after they had been taken, the receptionist or whoever answered the phone said they werent available yet... she clearly did not even bother to check until I reassured her they have to be there and she then came back to tell me the results.. Even tho I had this bad experience over the phone my visit with the PA was well, she was very thorough examining me for melanomas
