My Physician was out of town on vacation. So I went to this establishment because I was told by their receptionist that they could perform the necessary blood-work that I needed in order to complete my healthcare providers screening forms.When I arrived, the supervising doctor reiterated to me that they could do the blood-work, complete my forms and would fax it to my healthcare provider...GREAT RIGHT!!!!!....WRONG...I got a letter last week from my provider stating that they never received the information (this cant be possible since I received two verbal confirmations; paid my co-pay and they filed it on my insurance) . I went to Pri-Med to make sure that they had completed the paperwork and was told that their "Manager" informed them that they dont complete paperwork for healthcare providers screenings. The thing that irked me was that they NEVER called nor did they send the forms back to me (but the charge to my insurance company was performed expeditiously). So I had retrieve a new form and make another trip to my Physician (pay another co-pay) in order to complete my healthcare provider screening. All of this this to say that I do WOULD NOT recommend any medical facility that intentionally violates the Principles of Medical Ethics... II. A physician shall uphold the standards of professionalism, be honest in all professional interactions, and strive to report physicians deficient in character or competence, or engaging in fraud or deception, to appropriate entities. III. A physician shall respect the law and also recognize a responsibility to seek changes in those requirements which are contrary to the best interests of the patient Go at your own risk but I advise you to please wait and see your Physician.

Experience? Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The Medical Assistant calls me to the back. Take my weight, dont ask me to take off my jacket. I asked her about this and she asks me, do you want to try it again. Of course I do. Afterwards, she takes me to the a back room, last room on the left, and what do you know. A bug trap full of bugs. I look around, what do I see next. Spider webs. Floor nasty. Yep she moved me and didnt even try to apologize. Wasnt even shocked. It seemed to be no big deal. Anyways, she then takes me to another room, beds made out of wood. Horrifying. FLINTSTONES. This other employee comes in to swab, and she darn near tries to push the wsab down my mouth. Then she walks out saying, we had to do it. Only deparate to fill better. The only reason for staying. The Joint Commission needs needs to just show up....without warning. I thought we were living in modern times. But here, you get bugs (lots of them), dirty floors, just an unkept office for it to be a medical facility. First and the very last time I will come here. Should have have followed my instinct and went to URGENT CARE...across the street. I must say the Provider was nice.

On 2/13/2017 @1030 I took my mother to this location and she was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. The Dr. told her that she would need physical therapy to help with the shoulder. To this day we have not had a appointment yet. I have talk to the front desk Manger and she stated she would call me back and that was not true. I went to that off and got the corporate office and spoke with patient advocate coordinator "Eddie Jones " and he stated that he will handle it and call him back if I have not received a appointment for her and now he want return my call... I just cant not believe there are people that in this world that just dont care. I would give them 0 stars but you have to give them at least 1. American Family Care..... they need to take the [CARE] off the name.........

Really wish I could rate lower than one star. Standardized drug screen, talk about the most complicated task ever performed. An hour wait to pee in a cup. These guys need some training, big time. The male that was to perform my screen after being taken back couldnt look away from his cell phone. He continued to talk and watch his cellphone and asked me to take a seat by the wall. Instead I stood their with my arms crossed in front of both physicians and stared at him while he continued to look at his phone. The sudden realization of the staff of how unprofessional the setting was changed and they got to work. Sad that you have to fight for sub-standard care nowadays.

Dr. Barrette is the most disrespectful physician I have ever encountered. I have been verbally disrespected by him @ the Wetumpka location, as well as the Taylor Crossing location. Patients should not have to tolerate his sarcastic dialect. This should be corrected! I will not go back, I will use Dr. Wahid @ Eastside Urgent Care or Dr. Floyd/Aldrich @ Wetumpka Urgent Care. I have never experienced such a smart mouth, uncaring physician. Totally unnecessary, unprofessional, and definitely not tolerable to me or my family! Never again, once was enough! I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he had a bad day the first time! NEVER AGAIN!

This is the most horrible dr office Ive been to! I went in for a referral for a sleep study and they never sent the referral after I called several times! After a week of waiting they tell me the doctor is out of the office and they will not send my referral!!! On another occasion I went in for my bronchitis which I have a long medical history with.. I told the doctor that I have been taking delsum and it was not working... after 4 hrs of waiting I complained about why I was taking so long the doctor prescribed me delsum!!! Complete waste of time!!! Either the doctor was very incompetent or very spiteful!!!

I went in twice with sinus infections and ear problems (I have had a history of ear problems since I was young), and the doctor kept telling me my ear just had drainage. So I went to my professional ear doctor and the minute he looked in my ear he knew something was really wrong. I had infected ear tissue and they cleaned it and put me on antibiotics. The doctor at this PriMed misdiagnosed my ear not once but twice, and I would not trust him with anything.

This is my 2nd follow up with a smashed toe. Nic Lloyd took great care of me, taking vitals and getting ready to see the doctor. His concern and kindness to the people in his care is outstanding. Doctor Austin is kind, considerate and thorough. If you have a problem this is a nice place to go.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff and physician got me in and out promptly while sending my prescriptions ahead to my pharmacy. And Erica really made my day with her warming smile and concern for my comfort. Thank you AFC I plan on making you my stop each time Im in need of a doctor.

Went in feeling like crap and asked about wait time. Jackie advised they try to get you in and out in one hour. One hour and ten minutes later I was out with prescriptions and having had to wait 15 minutes to test the effect of the steroid shot I was giving. Great people! Thanks AFC!
