Never, ever take your pet to this place. They misdiagnosed my dogs issues after spending money on tests, shampoos and medication. I had to take off from work because my dog was in terrible condition, and took her to Princeton Animal hosp, where they diagnosed her issues within the hour. Banfield did not want to reimburse me for all the "treatment" only for a stupid test worth $25.00. Just found out that the treatment they gave my cousins dog made her worse, and they had to take her to another hosp where she later died. Thy settled to pay all of the expenses related to the treatment at the other hosp as well as her cremation in leu of going to court. #terriblepethospital

We were clients at this place and we were on the wellness plan. My husband added to be charged to have our dog fixed, but our baby ended up needing emergency surgery. We then requested a refund back for what we were paying for because we ended up paying for it anyway. This request was made before the new year & here it is 2 months into the new year and no one has contacted us & were still waiting for our refund. Very unsatisfied with this & I would not recommend this organization for someone to bring in their pet.
