This is a real "down home" office/hospital. The staff is the most friendly and supportive staff I have ever dealt with (I have had many pets in my lifetime). Dr Frame and Nancy are ALWAYS so accomidating and understanding. If your tired of the "assembly line" vet hospitals and you want a truthfull diagnosis, personal service for you and your non-human friend, compassion, a real love for all animals and a WONDERFUL staff, this is the place for you and your fur or non-fur family member.

I used to like this vet office, but now I cant even drive by them without cursing the people who work there. Ivsay this because this office traumatised me for life when they put my dog to sleep.... They didnt bother letting her get comfy and sit or lay down...instead, I watched my best friend drop dead in front of me. Literally took a breath n fell down dead she was still standing!!! I hope they see this and make a point to never do that to anyone again!!!

Amazing!! Dr. Thacker, is very caring and a wonderful veterinarian. All the employees there are compassionate, helpful and always go the extra. Nancy and Lindsey are the best. So, thankful for all the care and help, I have received for my dog Sammy..
