Honestly I was going here for 1-2 years. When I first made a decision that I wanted to lenses the doctor told me do to my high vision loss I wouldnt be able to get soft lenses at the time I was interested. Therefore the doctor gave me hard lenses that never fitted my eyes properly. When retuning back and not ever trying the hard lense to see if I could get soft lenses thats when the doctor said that I can get soft lense and on top of the money I had paid as a student I was told to put in more money. I really didnt like there service and the doctor dont know much and assume that theres not such lenses of customers like available. Overall, as an advice when getting lenses please make sure that what the doctor is saying is true before going along with there recommendations and worse of all she never pick up phones call when you trying to teach our to her and say your issue or she says to call back and never does. The doctor really dont have a good communication skill with her patience and just take the money let everything else be the way it is.

I have been going to Walnut Creek Optometry for so many years. The staff are very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. The doctors are very well experience in their field and take extra time to diagnose any kind of eye problem one may have and they make sure that you are prescribed the prescription and lenses that will make your eyes fell 18 year old again. I will definitely recommend this optometry office. BM
