I had a wonderful experience at the Concord branch today. I was able to make an appt. on line the day before, was greeted and offered my paperwork in a friendly, efficient manner, and was delighted with the craftsmanship of the eyeglass adjuster who fitted my glasses quickly and accurately. They are quite easy to ask questions of, very helpful and provide excellent customer service. I will be back in April. Suzanne Rudiger

Bad service overall. The doctor i saw was very strange as he would talk non-stop without a pause after sentences. The staff were not friendly and my glasses were delayed over two weeks.
