WORST PLACE EVER! AVOID AT ALL COST. FILTHY, HOT and my dog almost DIED. Took my three year old dachshund back to Dr.Gilley because he was pooping and vomiting blood which was caused by an antibiotic given a week prior because of his back. After waiting an hour and a half to be seen (was third in line) went in with my dog he saw him for about a min. Told me to come back in an hour that he would keep him to run blood work. Came back, never saw him again. The lady in the front told me he had an "irritation" in his stomach, or give him the antibiotic and come back in two days. When they finally brought back my dog he was way worse than how I left him. I asked if he was dehydrated she said "no". Got in the car with my dog and had blood all over my shirt. RUSHED to another vet (Bustillo Animal Hospital) who saved my dogs life and had him under his care for two days. My dog was SEVERELY DEHYDRATED when I got there. If I wouldve gone home line they advised me to my cute little baby would be dead now. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!!!!!!

TODAY I HAD AN EMERGENCY WITH ONE OF MY RESCUE DOGS , CALLED BY VET AND WAS TOLD HE WAS ON VACATION .. I WAS REFEREED TO GILLEYS ANIMAL CLINIC THIS BY A FRIEND , I RUSHED TO THEIR LOCATION CARRYING MY DOG IN MY ARMS , WHILE HE BLEED, IMMEDIATELY AN EMPLOYEE RUSHED TO HELP ME , MY DOG WAS GOING TO BE TENDED I WAS ASKED TO FILL THE FORM WITH THE DOGS IMFO. THAT IS WHEN I WAS ASKED IF I HAD EVER BEEN THERE BEFORE , I REPLIED NO ,, IMMEDIATELY I WAS TOLD THE VET , DR. GILLEY WOULD NOT SEE MY DOG .. I ASKED WHY , HE JUST WONT !!!!, I KNOW I NEVER MET THIS MAN BEFORE SO I ASSUMED IT JUST CANT BE PERSONAL , I THEN SAID I WILL PAY I HAVE MONEY PLEASE HELP MY DOG HE IS GOING TO DIE !!! PLEASE JUST STABILIZE HIM I WILL HAVE HIM TRANSFERRED AFTER I YOU SO WANT ME TO , BUT PLEASE HELP HIM !!!!, .... his response NO !!! i hope he meets the same fate one day .. boycott !!!!

The place might be crazy and the staff a little harsh, but today, my Bella(a 10lb Chihuahua-Poodle) is alive because of Dr Gilley and his crew. This morning Bella got hold of a Bufo Toad and she began vomiting, her limbs went stiff, and she was having seizures. On the way to the clinic wed thought wed lost her because her eyes were red and bulging, her tongue was swollen and bluish-black and she was screaming in pain. After spending hours in their clinic, Bella is now home with antibiotics and eye-drops and, though still disoriented from anesthesia, she is on her way to recovery. And no Im not Dr Gilleys wife or one of his staff, lol. Just a very grateful doggyparent that is thankful not to have to say goodbye to my baby. THANK YOU DR GILLEY!!!

I was very highly referred to this Veterinarian Clinic for my cat that suddenly stopped eating I brought my pet in and after tests were done I was told not by the doctor but an assistant that there was nothing wrong with the animal and just to give her nutrical for the lack of nutrients . A week later I had to rush my cat into a 24-hour pet emergency on Sunday where they immediately found that the cat has had a severe ear infection that started interacting with her neurological system the veterinarian was in disbelief and actually quite disturbed that the first doctor Dr. Gilley did not immediately noticed this I basically took my cat in paid them to provide tremeant and nothing was done dont ever take your animals there.

I brought my cat in because I believed he was hurt. Gilly did a half assed examination and proclaimed that it was his hips and gave him a shot of cortisone. He didnt look at anything else other then how he walked,and I ended up rushing my cat to the emergency vet the next day. With in 15 seconds the nurse figured out that he had an obstruction and couldnt pee. Talked to some friends and family,and apparently this isnt the first time something like this happened when it came to him. Gilly will not be getting my business anymore if he cant be bothered to examine properly. Please keep your animals safe,and go somewhere else. I suggest redland animal hospital. If they werent booked I would have gone there.

Dr. Gilley is one the best veterinarians we have ever encountered. Not only is he an excellent vet, but he is very caring about animals, and not the money, as other vets are! He is honest, and will only charge you for what is necessary and not for his own profit. His prices are very fair, therefore, it would make it possible for more people to adopt animals, give them a good home, and take them off the streets, only because they can afford the care. The staff is also very knowledgeable and pleasant as well, and are always there to help you. God Bless Dr. Gilley and his staff for all the good they do.

Gilley is wonderful.. and so are all the people that work with him there in the office. My name is Lisa Lara.. and although I have moved out of the area... I drove all the way down to him to continue with my dogs shots and checkups.... There is no one like Dr. Gilley. I have rescued so many animals in all the years living in Miami, and he has always been so knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding and affordable with all of the animals no matter what was wrong with them. Thank you so much Roger Gilley and the staff of Gilley Animal Clinic!!!

Truly unpleasant experience my first time going to this vet. today. They dont care about helping your pet get better. They just want you to sign on the dotted line to slap you with a huge bill. I didnt even see the "Doctor" like he is some kind of mystery man. They take your pet behind closed doors you dont know what they are doing back there. They could be eating pizza and saying jokes. What if I wanted to be there with my loved one, what if I wanted to ask the doctor some questions?TERRIBLE SERVICE. Definitely not going back. Im calling another vet. tomorrow.
