Weve been bringing our three dogs here for a couple years now and have always had such a wonderful, pleasant experience each & every time. From the moment you see the front desk receptionist, to the technicians and all the way to the doctor, every interaction with the staff is always positive & professional. They really make you feel comfortable and that they truly care about your pet. Our most recent visit was for our beloved 3 1/2 year old chocolate Labrador, Brown Bear. He was very suddenly extremely ill & they were so caring and compassionate about our situation. The doctor would even call us frequently to check up on our boy, Brown Bear. The whole staff also made him feel very comfortable & showed him a lot of attention (which he loved!). I would definitely recommend Brodhead Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for a new vet. Unfortunately, our sweet Brown Bear passed away from cancer and they were so thoughtful about it that they even sent us a sympathy card signed by the entire staff, including Dr. Van Way. Hands down, I would rate this place a 5/5 star! One of the best vets in BC! Thanks again for your support & the card, Brodhead Animal Hospital staff! :)

I can not say enough about bringing my two bull mastiffs here and the care that they provide! Our dogs are like our children to us and I am very comfortable with the level of care that brodhead animal hospital has provided. Very attentive, they spend the time explaning everthing in detail with you. You can call any time to check on your dog. After going to several local vets I am so happy that I found them and tried them out. I highly recommend them to any animal lover. It is very clean and neat. A brand new facility . Great customer service by all employees.
