Many thanks to Dr. Berg and the staff for all the years of excellent care. Today we lost our 12 year old Black Lab to cancer. With Dr. Bergs care & kindness we helped our handsome boy cross over the Rainbow Bridge, The entire staff and doctors of Pines West Animal Hospitals dedication to their profession and kindness is immeasurable. Dr. Berg has cared for our pets for over 15 years and we will continue to trust his care with our other pets for many years to come.

I am new to the area and my cat "Bom Bom" was having a problem walking. My neighbor suggested her vet, Pines West Animal Hospital. I am so grateful that I took my cat there. Not only was the front desk staff very friendly but the doctor "Bom Bom" saw, (Dr. Berg) was great. Very caring and thorough. My cat ended up being diabetic!! Dr Ramirez is their doctor and I cant say enough how great she has been. Everyone is great from the moment you arrive until the visit is over. I have known Dr. Berg for over 30 years. Hes wonderful and so are all the other vets working with him. They have always treated me and my pets with respect and love and have been very fair and upfront with there diagnosis always. I will always trust them with my pets ( my babies). Vet was dishonest and tried to cover up when caught in a lie. Dont trust this vet...about the money for them. Worse yet, they are NOT honest with you.
