As a patient of Dr. Jardans, and who is now my childrens pediatrician; WE just love him!!! He has had other locations throughout my life and we follow him where ever he goes. Even if its dirty, always packed, and inconvenient! ;-) He is the ultimate exception to all doctors, hands down! If you have a child who is always getting sick, learning disabled, over weight, pre-mature, asthmatic, etc. please give Dr.FREEMAN JARDAN an opportunity to help with all your questions and concerns because he is truly a great doctor. He will never make you feel less of a person or talk down to you or give you wrong information. He knows all children are different and he has seen probably a million kids, so he knows a great deal in all areas of pediatrics. As a single mother of three children he always has praised me on doing a great job on my own and also commended my own mother for still being there for me and her grandchildren. Its going to be sad once he retires, but I assure you he has always been calm, compassionate, and caring by nature. Thank you Dr. Jardan!!! Melissa Romo

This is the worst place on the planet. Ive been there four times and my appointment wait time has never been less than two hours. You can hear patients complaining in the waiting room about how the front desk staff NEVER gets their insurance correct. You can also hear people complaining about how theyve been there for over an hour and their name has not been called yet. I know this place services low income, military families, and God only knows who else... but just I think they use it as an excuse to treat them poorly by making them wait forever before they can actually meet the doctor. Once you get to see the doctor, he is great, but today was the day I had enough and after waiting two hours I just left. Its sad how people are treated, I now will go to a doctor in my own neighborhood. I wanted to keep seeing him, but his turn over time is CRAZY! No one should have to wait two hours.

Wait times are forever. Front office staff is very abrupt and not friendly at all. We have used them for 3 years amd its always been this way. Some of the nurses are nice and helpful. Dr Jardan seems half asleep when he visits but he is knowledgable and helpful. The nurses and Dr were the reason we kept putting up with the long waits. Then we started having problems calling them. The phome would ring and ring, or busy signal, and even notice the number was not in service. Then went in person to setup the appointment. Later we were told by our insurance that they had no record of us taking him, he was overdue for his checkup. The Dr office didnt even have the record of the checkup. Thats was final straw.

Worst place to bring your kids. Staff is so rude. They told me my daughters appointment was one day & I called twice to double check. Then we I got there they said it was until the next day. Then when I went the following day they tell me my daughter cant get her 6 month shots because she doesnt turn 6 months till the following week. WHICH I TOLD THEM ON THE PHONE AND THEY SAID IT WAS FINE. & to make things worse they said I cant reschedule until they move locations. Even when the staff is wrong they make it seem like were wrong. Now all the gas wasted & time when they couldnt tell me this over the phone when I told them!!!!

The staff at this clinic is so unprofessional. They dont acknowledge patients even when theyre standing at the window waiting because theyre sitting around chatting about things other than patients. Same day appointment expect to wait at least 30 minutes after your appointment time while theyre verifying insurance, which theyre not saying what theyre doing. Expect others who came in after you to go before you. Oh and expect them to blame the appointment person for not verifying your information first. Place os old and feels so nasty. Gross.

He an all of his staff... And Other Dr.s Are top ratings in all the Quality.. Professional and been all of my grandchildrens Pediatrics offices. My Granddaughter can go in not filling well... An the staff an Dr.s really.. are Sweet an make the children.... Leave With Smiles... Been A patient for 7 yrs.. an still a very pleased pateint.. an Happy Parent..... They are very good at keep up with well chk.ups so the kids dont get ill an have to miss school....

I have called the office to make an appointment for 45 mins now and cant seem to get anyone to answer the phone. Sure is a real shame considering Dr. Jardan A. probably doesnt know how his staff is running his practice, and B. he was recommended by several parents as being "the best". Wish I could get someone to answer the phone so I could see for myself.

This place is awful. I once waited nearly TWO hours for an appointment and we have REALLY GOOD insurance. The next time we arrived early for an 11am appointment, only to be told that the doctor was out and we needed to reschedule. They didnt have the decency to call so I wouldnt waste my time. I told them no, thanks and we found another doctor.

The Doctors are excellent. They have a lot of patients so its a long wait to be seen sometimes not all the time. Always have gotten what I needed within a few days. If my kids are really sick they will squeeze them in. I have been aggravated with the wait times, but worth it for seeing good docs

Horrible! U will wait for 3+ hrs before getting into a room. Ladies up front unprofessional. My appointment was at 9:45 itz now 12:45 and still 3 ppl ahead... i had the time to do this review in there waitung room. Smh no wonder this place reviews are bad. Dirty m filthy.

Dr Jardan is a wonderful doctor and have cared for my children for over a dozen years. I moved on the other side of town and still travel 20 to 30 minutes to see him. Thank you for your continued care and service Dr. Jardan.

Dr. Jordan is an amazing doctor however this clinic is horrible. They are very slow and very unorganized. Always new people and no one ever knows whats going on. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone

I took my son, because he was sick. The lady in front told me they didnt accept walk ins, and that I needed an appointment. I think its ridiculous since, you dont know when youre going to be sick.
