Bad experience, to be able to make an appointment is easier to go online and use their patient portal because front desk do not answer their phone or when they do you are put on long holds. Front desk is rude and dont care to even acknowledge you when you walk in. The three times I was there the wait was over 2 hours and once you finally see her Dr Nguyen is very cold and condescending. I figure for such a long wait the quality of the visit would be nice but I was wrong, the visit is short and she looked annoyed. Never coming back, I wish I could get the 6 hours back I spent at your office waiting, what a waste of my time, would look for another office that has a more professional staff. Dont offer 9 am appointments if you are planning to see them at noon, ridiculous!

1. Making an appointment there is near impossible because they rarely answer the phones 2. The receptionist is extremely rude. 3. Dr. Nguyen was very cold. I felt uncomfortable the entire appointment because she did not make eye contact with me. She offered no explanation for a medication she prescribed me. I waited over an hour to be seen and spoke with Dr. Nguyen for all of 5 minutes. I have never left an appointment more frustrated. 0/10 would not recommend.

Best doc visit ever. Very down to earth and easy to contact. I needed a referral and she got it to me less than hour. Front receptionist real helpful as well! I recommend this staff!!!
