Dr. Talley is a great doctor. I felt 100% comfortable with him. I trusted his professional advice and scheduled surgery. After playing phone tag with his lead nurse for a week (never getting to speak with her) I get a phone call from my insurance company on a Thursday telling me that I will be having surgery the following Wednesday. I never received a confirmation from Dr. Talleys staff regarding the procedure so I called to find out the lead nurse was on vacation. No, problem there but no one could answer a single question for me. I explained I tried the week before to get in touch with the lead nurse often with no response (she was not on vacation at that time) left a message every day for 2 weeks a total of 10 messages on her voicemail and with the other staff members. The other staff members were rude and told me I need many more test run before the procedure which I had no problem doing however they couldnt schedule those the lead nurse on vacation had too. No one could tell me what to wear, what time the procedure was to take place, where do I go. I had no clue. I had to wait until the Monday before the Wednesday procedure. The staff started blaming each other and often getting loud with me and all I wanted was to get details for a surgery being performed on my face. After all it was my insurance company that told me about the surgery to begin with NOT DR. TALLEYS STAFF. I canceled the procedure in fear that this same behavior would carry over to my procedure or even the aftercare. The head nurse finally calls back to find out what happened while she was away and with the same poor attitude as the rest of the staff starting asking me who I talked too and what there names were and what did they say. I felt as if I was being interrogated for a crime. Its a shame too because Dr. Talley is a great doctor he just needs a staff with better bed side manner. All I wanted was someone from his office to call me with details. I wasted my money, my time and my insurances money plus I still have to find a new doctor to perform the procedure.

My daughters have been seein Dr.Talley for 7 years. I will refer anyone to him!!!

Dr. Talley seems to be okay but his staff is rude, arrogant, and woefully inept.
