Dr. Dickson and his staff are the best ever!! Dr. Dickson is concerned about his patients well-being and is an EXCELLENT doctor and listener. Have you had an experience similar to this: You tell the doctor "I think I received this injury when I was on MARS last week" And the the doctor replies, "Thats okay, Ill write you a prescription and Ill see you next month". (As he turns to walk out the treatment room). And you reply, "But doctor, Im going to Jupiter as soon as I leave your office today". (Now hes at the door,hand on the door knob looking irritated). Then he replies, "Well well do labs when you come back next month!!! YOU CALL THAT LISTENING AND CARING!!? I know this scenario is a tad-bit extreme but you get my drift. Listening, really listening and caring for his patients is what Dr. Dickson does. He makes sure the both of you are on the same page and that you understand the treatment process. He also has a Great personality and makes you feel like youre the only patient he has in the moment. His focus is strictly on you. Most doctors in this day and age seem to only be interested in your money. It could come from Jupiter or Mars, as long as it spends. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Dickson to anyone. We also trust him and depend on his decisions for our health and well-being. You will always be our PCP: Perfect Caring Physician!! MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF.

I was recommended to Dr. Dickson by my former long time Rheumatologist whose father was attended by Dr. Dickson. That was a pretty good recommendation to start with, and that recommendation has held up for the more than half decade that I have been a patient. May I add that my recommendation comes from more than three decades of public school teaching/district administration, university teaching/supervision, state police academy instruction/supervision/administration and extensive experience in staff supervision. Having said that, I recommend Dr. Dickson and his staff highly and without reservation. I will agree in small part to some of the concerns of the other three reviews I read concerning office wait time, but show me a good doctor and office staff that does not have unpredictable office wait times. There is a reason he has a good size patient load; one hesitates (slightly selfishly) to offer a great recommendation that will cause others to flock to his door, but good patient care should be shared. I also agree that the staff and Dr. Dickson spend whatever time is necessary for each patient to insure their questions are answered, discussions re: treatment and options are completed, and that each patient is satisfied their health care is addressed completely. You will find Dr. Dickson and his entire staff to be a caring, dedicated, detail oriented, patient centered team of professionals.

My longtime doctor died. After trying five(5) yo-yo doctors & experiencing a couple of incompetent, Mafioso-type staffs & suffered a couple of inexcusable referrals. Then I found Dr. Dickson & LeaAnn Carver, his PA. OH HAPPY DAYS! I dont care if they run late on occasion. Thats a good sign! They both listen carefully. Ive never felt rushed & trust me, it was difficult after having the same Internist for 17 years. If you need hand-holding & "exactly, on-time" appointments, then youre living in a dream world. The rest of the staff has been attentive & friendly, they have Wi-Fi, comfortable seating & GET MESSAGES STRAIGHT. Timely appointments have been available when necessary. I recognize competency...you will too.

Made an appointment to be seen on a Friday. I must have been one of the last patients scheduled for the day because they started to turn off the lights and close down. Apparently they forgot I was in the waiting room waiting to be seen. They didnt seem at all fazed by it when I confronted them about it. In fact, it seemed like I was inconveniencing them. The PA saw me and she was nice, but when it was time to reschedule my follow up appointment the entire staff at left and there was no one there to do it for me! The office is entirely unprofessional and I would not recommend going here. There are better places to take your money, time, and health concerns.

This office is the most uncaring, most unprofessional office I have ever been to. They are rude on the phone, I havent seen the Doctor in over 10 years, just one of the PAs. It takes over two weeks to get a refill on any medicine, but the most important one is my migraine medicine. All they care about is getting money from the insurance company for office visits and co-pays. Stay away from this office and go to a doctor that actually cares about their patients!!!!!!!!!! In 2013, he was sanctioned by the Medical Board for his unprofessional behavior. Stay away from this office!!

I had 1 occasion in which I had made an appointment and the office staff put the wrong date down and 2 occasion in which I really needed to talk with the PA and she never called me back. The latest incident was on Friday 2/27/15 at 0900am and I advised the office staff it was very important that I needed to speak with the PA. She advised me the PA was seeing patients and that she would call me when she finished. I waited until 2pm and called back and received a busy signal. I then drove to the office and found it closed. I should have been told they closed early on Friday

Dr. Dickson has served my family well for many years. He tends to run late per the schedule, but gives undivided attention, when you are meeting. He listens patiently to your input, answers your questions and provides guidance in how to get through the medical system, beyond his office. When the specialists are giving confusing or differing opinions, I want his input.

His nurse practitioner saw my mother for "weakness in the left side of her body," and sent her home. She was in the middle of a stroke and had to be rushed to the ER 2 days later after collapsing. WAY TO GO, DOC.
