March 24, 2014 I am very disappointed in the office staff!!!!!! My Mother was in the nursing home and was released to go home on Monday 3/17/2014 which she did. I talked to Mr. Holmes on Tuesday March 5, 2014 on the equipment she would need at her home. The equipment was ordered but has not been deliv ered due to the paperwork not being completed this needs to be signed by the Doctor. This is a vital piece of equipment to have for the cause of a bed sore which she got in the nursing home. I have called and left many messages which have not been returned. This Doctor needs to be aware that he and his staff are not providing proper care for his patients. Therefore I would not recommend him. March 25, 2014 Well once again the office was to get all the correct papers signed and faxed to the medical supply company, so my mother could get her bed that she desperately needs. The new office manager assured me all this was complete, which it is NOT. I feel this Doctor and his staff do not care anything about there patients. I have notified the Dr./Staff that until my mothers needs are met I will continue to update this each day.

I had to come in as a walk-in and they saw me in a very reasonable amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. Dr Shneker listened as I explained my symptoms, gave me treatment in the office, refilled my medication and was very friendly and knowledgable not only about my condition, but my former Dr, and my current insurance company. Im new here, but this visit left me happy and more than willing to reccommend to a friend.
