They will over charge you! Be careful and look at exactly at what theyre charging you -BAD policy and customer service. I went to this store to have glasses done. I chose a frame the least expensive -which was $100. I did take my own new frames but they insisted that i should get new frames because they could not be responsible otherwise. I did not understand the reason but bought them anyhow.The total bill was $275 including the frames. A friend went 2 days later with her 2 new frames and my friend insisted in using her frames, so they did. She was charged the SAME as I was. The order was 2 lenses, NO frames and yet she was charged $275 each. The sales lady assured her that i had paid the same as she needed to pay -which was NOT true. So my friend paid since she didnt know what i had bought exactly. She was taken advantage of, and now they dont respond to calls or to the request that we both did in person. Never coming back!

Great experience! Better prices than other locations, including a less expensive eye exam. Fatima R. in the front was exceptional at helping me find glasses that fit well with my face. She listened to my budget and only brought the styles and prices I was looking for, so she saved me lots of time and made the experience fun. I got my exam from Dr. Rosenthal and he explained everything in detail when I asked. He was patient and kind, and a terrific doctor all around. I will highly recommend this Lenscrafters to others. The selection and prices were on point, and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL as Fatima and others went above and beyond. I also got the warantee and my new glasses and lenses were ready go to in less than an hour!

Terrible sales service, lack of transparency about lens and prices. Sales agent over priced products blaming computer system malfunction! Unbeliavable! The gentlement that was taking care of me left in the middle of my questions to answer his co-worker questions for 3 times without an apology or without asking if Id mind. Rude! I decided to have a coffee break then the poor guy could help his coworkers. When I came back he said I needed to go to the back of the line again because I didnt wait for him to finish helping his co-workers. There are inverted values in this store! Never buy from here. 3rd party eye clinic is fine, this is a store review only.

I recently purchased glasses from this location and I was assisted by Mirella Jenkins. These are going to be my backup glasses so I didnt want to spend very much. Instead of using some high pressure sales tactics she showed me the least costly brands available. Then when it was time for the digital fitting she was very patient with taking all the photo needed to make them just right. She made the whole experience great and I will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I called and tried to make an appointment as a new patient. The first thing I told the representative was the name of my insurance. She then spent almost 15 minutes asking me all personal information and telling me there was no coverage. I repeated and went through everything 3 times before she told me they dont accept MetLife PPO and wanted to tell me all the plans they do accept which I dont have! Wasted my time! Could have told me that at minute one.

Just wanted to say thanks to Marsha working in (Aventura Mall) for helping with my replacement glasses, She has great customer service skills, very compassionate towards all her customers and knows her job description. This is a great organization to fine a nice pair of glass, especially in an emergency situation. Thanks Marsha for making my day an excellent LensCrafters experience a success.

Wish I knew what crack pipe you all are smoking off of. Rude, Lying and Extortionist. I have Insurance that offers free exams, $40 co-pay and pays for contacts. Yet when I get there after wasting my time. I am told that I have to pay an extra $80.00 for some Bullshit reason of some made up premium on contacts.

More than $600 for the glasses, so I bought the warranty for $35 more. They honored the warranty when the lenses were defective, but charged an additional $25, stated no where in my warranty, to fix their defective product. Im done. Ill never go back.
