from the start I was lied to from the delivery time to cost. I was told my Michelle that the glasses would be ready two week ( I explained to her it was an emergency ) she then told me it would be a week to get the first set of glasses well that never happened !!!! so after trying for a few days I decided just to wait for the actual promise date 01/02/2017 well again it didnt happen I called the corporate helpline which was like no help at all I was told to give them 24 hours to get back to me after filing a formal complaint I never got that call !!! !!! I called them back 01/03/2017 at the end of the day 5:00 pm again the corporate helpline was no help was they transferred me back to the store I was told that my sun glasses were ready for pick up ok so I went there to pick my sun glasses I was told after waiting around 30 min that couldnt pick up my sun glasses because the doctor was not there I was advised that anyone picking up prescription must see the doctor !!!!!!!!!!! well I never got to even see my sun glasses. feeling frustrated I told them to call me that was done calling or coming in and wasting my time !!!!!!!!!!!! I got a call Friday afternoon that my glasses where both there but the doctor was going home early ( 4:00 pm ) I was excused from early well I didnt have to any doctor to them I signed and walked out that was a lot BS going on there and to top it all off my prescription is off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to call BBB and open complaint these cannot waste my time anymore !!!!!!!!!! and calling my bank as well !!!!!!!!!!!!!! never going back !!! or sending anyone there as well up date 6/28/2017 I got a full refund !!!! people call the BBB and get help and dont pay with cash never so can also call your bank and get help from them as well good luck and for those new customer dont go AVOID THE BAD EXPERIENCE ALL TOGETHER

Ive ordered close to $1000 in eyeglasses over the past two months and have been pleased with the quality and overall office visits. On this last order, I received the automated message advising that the order was in. When I went to pick-up, only one of the three was ready. I told them to call me only when they have received the remainder of the order so I dont have to come back multiple times, especially since its not easy for me to stop by their store. The next day, I received a message saying the rest of the order was in. I took off early from work to pick-up and only to be told they couldnt find my order so therefore they were apparently not ready. I was frustrated to asked to speak to the manager to communicate my dissatisfaction and get assurance on resolution. The young lady pointed to her general manager, a young brunette right next to us who was looking up something for a customer in front of her. I told the young lady tending to me I would wait for a few minutes for the general manager to free up. Literally right next to us, I am pretty sure the general manager heard us but never acknowledged. After a few minutes, I told the young lady that I had been dealing with to please have the general manager call me as I was running late. I verified they had my cell phone. Again, all within a couple of feet from the general manager who never glanced up once. The young lady assured me she would be calling me. Three days later and no one has yet to call me. Had it not been for this incident, I would have given the store a minimum 4 or maybe even 5 star rating. But because its the general manager that neglected to follow-up, or even acknowledge the situation, I feel very disappointed and have downgraded the overall experience. Still waiting for my last order to arrive.

An excellent experience! I saw their ad for free eye exam, and bogo glasses; but was a bit confused (as usual LOL). From the moment I entered, everyone was pleasant, courteous, professional. Vinny greeted me and answered my questions, took me to Dr. Margulis for my exam. The doctor and I found we had similar senses of humor; which led to, of all things, a pleasant, enjoyable, perfect eye exam! Then back to Vinny, who saw me having trouble finding the "right" glasses, and decided to turn me over to Jessica, the manager, who looked me over, and immediately chose two pairs of glasses I loved! We sat down and she explained everything, smoothed over all the details, found the best pricing, etc.--a perfect blend of business professionalism and pleasant demeanor. We had a few laughs as well! I look forward to seeing them again when I pick up my two terrific pairs of eyeglasses. Thanks Again, Stuart Hill (Dont ask where the "magoo" name comes from!)

They are very bad persons, is the worst service i have ever seen. the fat blondie manager is so rude, I have a video where she heated the celular phone, as she was screaming and lying, to the police, in addition the police never arrived as I was waiting them, I am pregnet and I was so nervious. All starts when i change the order to the frames of the promo $ 39.99( more than 220 usd less than the prices they were giving me first ) the first lady Olivia doesnt want to attend us more, and then it comes the ugly woman and asked me for questions very rude, questions that of course i dindt know,( from the eye exams i brought ) and then she asked me first of all the payment, as she has doubts if my credit card has founds. my husband asked her to stop and refund me the money that moment, and the nightmare starts, they sent pulling up us, i and i still feeling so nervios and wht a back pain. I ll make the responsable of whatever it happens to me of my baby.

I purchased two pairs of glasses in My EyeLab Oakwood Plaza branch after examine my eyes at the store and getting prescription, after receiving the glasses I was disappointed from the quality of the product. They did not fit my face and I could not see clearly with them. It looked for a moment as a mistake, including a pair of glasses of someone elses. Also the frame quality was very low and all the attempts of the worker at the place to adjust and fit them on my face did not help. I demand immediate refund and was denied. I am very disappointed from the quality of the product and the customer service at the store. This purchase made me emotional distress and cost me waste of time. If you will ask me and if your eyes are important to you I suggest that you do not fall in the enticement of free eye exam or discounted prices. There is no free meal and the facts speak for themselves.

Horrible experience! The guy at the front door was nice and attentive to customer as they came in. The two girls in the back were extremely rude, nasty and no desire of working there. Failed to explain the offer for two bifocal glasses for $99, we were told that only if you qualify depending on your prescription you will qualify for the offer. So this means is they said no after my prescription I had to pay for frames and lenses. The prescription has a mandatory $45 dollar value upfront where if you "qualify" it will be discounted when you fall into the offer. So in other words the offers that they offer is up to them whether they give it to you. Really wish my experience would have been better, customer service really hit the spot for me. I spent only 10 minutes before I was so disgusted and walked out. They need to hire a team with experience or the store would not excel.
