I have tried this location nothing short of 5 times to drop off a stool specimen. Each time there is a long wait and they are short staffed with one or two techs at the most. Today I was told rudely that I couldnt stand at the window when I was simply by the main window to put the magazine back on the table that is awkwardly placed there. When I told her that I wasnt standing at the window the rude girl standing there argued with me. Learn some customer service skills, youre in the healthcare department and definitley dont accuse someone of lurking near the window when you have a table with magazines sitting there.

This lab is awesome! My son is 3 years old and has to have labs done every 1-3 months. We scheduled a pediatric lab draw at another location and the staff there stuck my son 3 times and barely got the lab completed. NO ONE has ever had a hard time getting his labs before with exception of this other Quest. We went to this location and Beatrice got it on the first try without any effort. She is great! This is now the only lab that we will be going to!!

Although the lab results are good, while waiting one is required to be seated facing a corner, and having to listen/watch their TV programs with your back to the reception window and the door. They apparently have no security force or cameras, but there are signs covering about half on both entry doors saying "no" to trained & licensed individuals carrying a concealed handgun.

Poor service. Frustrating. Irresponsible staffs. I had an appointment for wellness on saturday at 11.30. Staff says she doesnt have equipment foe blood test. So annoying. I dont get the point why the lab exists/open and accept appointment without having the equipments ready. Dont ever go to this place. It spoils your plan.

This place is INSIDE THE TOM THUMB! Its impossible to find if you dont know that. The pictures are misleading because its not a standalone place. The staff was nice and the service was quick. I just wasted a lot of time trying to find it.

The original location has moved. IT IS NOW INSIDE TOM THUMBS. Its smaller than the last location but much cleaner feeling. It located right next to the pharmacy.

INSIDE TOM THUMB.. I drove around forever. Theres a tiny sign at the front of Tom thumb that the lady tells me blows away sometimes too.
