The staff were very very friendly, helpful, and happily answered all my questions (a nice change of pace from the LabCorp office in Richardson!). I really wish they would change their recorded directions to say "located behind McDonalds," instead of "next to Albertsons." There IS NO Albertsons! I had only two issues with the procedure for a urine drug screen. I had a problem with the box I was asked to lock my purse in; it had a biohazard symbol and said on it that only blood & urine samples should be kept in the box. It looked very clean, but it still freaked me out. My other issue was that I was asked to step out of sight of the sample I had provided BEFORE I was asked to initial the sample. It seems like if theyre going to go to that much trouble to make sure my sample is not tampered with, I ought to be given the courtesy of the process also allowing me the peace of mind to know there is no possible way my sample could be tampered with.

Only gave 1 star because u cant post none.My daughter had routine blood drawn, told girl she was dizzy. She said sit down a min or two. So she did then fell flat on her face, blacked out. Workers didnt offer her as much as an ice cube let her get in her car dizzy. I took her to Dr immediately she had a concussion and Dr was in shock they never called paramedics!!! NEVER USE!!

Most rude lady I have ever seen. Unprofessional, rude, interrupt peoples talk and definitely not helpful. Attitude is irritating. I have visit quest diagnostics other locations before, when I see this location I have surprised a lot.
