Fantastic experience involving our six month old. We were very nervous about having blood drawn from someone so young. There was no wait time, and the two techs working reassured that if they didnt feel confident, they wouldnt unnecessarily attempt. One of the techs (Amir?) found a good vein, and got it on the first try. Both techs did a great job of distracting our baby, and the job was done without a single tear (excluding mom). We had prepared for the absolute worst, but everything about the experience was as positive as it could have been.

A gentleman draws blood here and he is either not experienced or does not care. First he tried the main vein on my left arm and then tried the right. He put the needle too deep and passed through the vein. I told him that, did not care and the blood flowed slowly. 3 hours later, my arm hurts a lot and swollen. Does not recommend at all...

The phlebotomist Ameer does not understand the patients and acts like he does, do NOT let him stick you, your arm will hurt. He hurt my mother very badly and it took him 3 times to stick her. The other Phlebotomist Bobby is wonderful, he greets everyone and he asked him to stick my mother the next time she came in.

The gentleman there that draws the blood is excellent, I have seen him twice and each time was great!! The front desk is very helpful and friendly as well. Would highly recommend them.

Lady at front desk was so rude... RUN to another location or Quest. Patients deserve to be treated with respect. Doesnt happen here.
