Workers are friendly and professional, but their computer systems have caused me a major hassle. I went early on a Saturday morning (only day I can make it as the dont have evening hours) with my sick little girl to be told they dont have my lab order in their system. Frustrated we left and I contacted the doctor assuming they had sent it to the wrong lab as they always talked about sending them to a different company. They sent me a copy of the order and it had been sent to Quest. With that copy in hand, I returned a week later and was told, "Oh yes your order is here. It was entered two weeks ago." What!?! Then why couldnt they find it a week ago. I was told sometimes their computer doesnt work well. So my little girl continued to struggle with health issues for an entire week and had to be drug out of bed early two Saturdays in a row instead of one, because their computers dont work well? I KNOW Quest has money as Ive been paying them for years. GET NEW COMPUTERS if that is the problem, but dont make sick children suffer because of your glitchy systems. Very unfair!

Went today after stalling for almost three weeks--Ive had several bad blood draws. This location has good reviews so I came here. Lynette gave me a fast, painless blood draw. She was surprised to learn someone had already complimented her online, but I thought Id add another before she checks. :-) I wont stall quite so long next time!

We came because of the previous reviews for Lynette. I had just about given up. No could find my infant sons veins but she made a way a collected what she needed. She was gentle and kind. The entire staff was great. I highly recommend this location!

I went to Quest Diagnostics and Lynette drew my blood. I didnt even feel the needle. She was extremely professional and was able to get me in and out with no problem. You rock, Quest!
