Dont go here! I had an appointment scheduled and they called the day before and left me a voicemail to call them about the appointment. When I called back no one would answer the phone. They called again and left the same voicemail, neither time mentioning that they needed to reschedule it. When I called back again five minutes later, they were closed (before their posted closing time). I received a third call from them the morning of my appointment (2 hours before it was supposed to occur) and was told I couldnt come in and needed to reschedule. I explained that I had to take a day off work to come in for this appointment, and couldnt reschedule, but the nurse informed me that no one would see me. I drove in anyway, hoping I could get squeezed in somewhere (I told them I was willing to wait) and was told no instead. I was originally a patient of Dr. Wilson, but he has cut back his hours so much that I cant ever get in to see him so I was unceremoniously transferred to Dr. Westmoreland. Her nurse is very rude and condescending. This office is unprofessional and the quality of service has been going down for years. The receptionist snaps at patients when they ask her to repeat herself, and in the past she told me, "We dont take any of that Obamacare insurance here". I asked for a recommendation for a doctor closer to my area and was directed to the Walgreens across the highway. I will never be back, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a doctor.

This is the best doctors office EVER! I have had quite a time with my marketplace insurance....having to get referrals etc, which has been very stressful. Family Medical has gone above and beyond to get referrals pushed through for me, in time crunches and sometimes having to send the same referral multiple times. The only positive thing about the whole experience has been Family Medical. Very kind and professional- every time! I cant say enough good about them!

Our family has been going there for several years now and we are very happy with the care. We have had great experiences at each visit. My 4 year old son felt so comfortable that when it was time for his 5 shots he did not shed a tear! Even though we now live in Rockwall we still plan to visit Family Medical in Forney.

Everyone in my family sees the wonderful Dr.s at Family Medical, its always easy to get in for an appointment and we never wait long to get into a room and be seen. All of the staff is welcoming and friendly. Wed definitely recommend any of the Dr.s here!

I would give them a 5 star rating but it seems every time I come 15 minutes early people who come in after me are called back before me. Outside of that I love the staff and doctors at this location.
