I adore Dr. Pang and his PA. The medical staff are wonderful, very nice, and explain anything that you need in order to make you feel comfortable. However, the office staff is beyond atrocious!!! I have heard the secretaries speak to patients in the most disgusting and unprofessional of manners - in person and on the phone. They treat the patients checking in as if they are inconveniences and sub-human. I have called for various reasons in the past (appointments, lab updates, etc), and the main secretary is outrageously rude and has no shame in copping an attitude with anyone who disturbs her. She is horribly selfish and nasty! Although I have enjoyed the medical staff I will NOT be returning to Dr. Pangs office because I will not be treated by office personnel in such a demeaning way. I really hope Dr. Pang does some firing and hiring in his office, because his medical practice truly deserves better employees.

This Drs office is completely incompetent. The front desk girl is an absolute moron and took 20 minutes just to book an appointment over the phone. When I get there, my specific insurance system was down, so they cannot verify my insurance. While that is not their fault, they knew about it since the day before and failed to notify any incoming appointments that without being able to verify insurance, the patients cant be seen unless they pay for the visit out of pocket. On top of this, the entire reason I booked the appointment was for a wellness check, that usually comes with vaccines for children, only to be told the office DOES NOT HAVE VACCINES and will not until AFTER SUMMER. My child needs vaccines in order to attend school. I will not come here again. Do not waste your time and please book your appointments for your children elsewhere.

I have never been more satisfied with a medical practice. Dr Pang is a great doctor, all the NP are extremely empathetic and thorough. You are given the option to see a NP or Dr. Pang himself. The office staff has always been nothing but nice! I highly recommend Pang Family Clinic!

Great doc and awesome PA... but HORRIBLE STAFF!!! they are lazy, slow and cant seem to do anything in a timely matter!.. Luckily the doc and PA care so much about patients they make up for the lame staff

Very high volume practice. The staff is inexperienced and overwhelmed. Dr. Pang and his NP are very professional but the overall patient experience is disappointing.
