Never go to this Doctor!!! The people in the front office are terrible and incompetent! I have never been so frustrated! I was referred to Dr. Lisa Garner by my regular Dermatologist for patch testing. I called the office to make an appointment and was told someone would get back to me. After waiting a week i called back, and was told that the Doctor still hadnt reviewed my file and until she gives the ok, i cant make an appointment and they will get back to me. I explained that i needed to have the patch testing completed within the next 2 months before my insurance changed and was told that wouldnt be a problem, so i waited. and waited 10 days later still no call!! I call again, and am told the Doctor finally oked the appointment but they were now scheduling appointments in January!!!! So now over a month after first contacting the office , i have no appointment no patch testing and no apology and under a time crunch because of the wasted time.

Dr. Garner staff is the most disrespectful staff I have ever experienced. When I walked in they gave me an ugly look and asked me "What do I want". No hello, no hi how are doing, just rude with no smile on there face. Second Dr. Garner just seemed like she didnt want to take the time to help me. She gave me a pamphlet and then sent me out the door and then charged me a 40$ co-pay for that. I dont recommend them at ALL.

Was in the office on Thursday. Dr Garner & her assistant, Belinda were wonderful. Answered all my questions and was very helpful in understanding the problem and what to do. Also, Sharon at the font desk got me scheduled for this appointment for the next day. Great experience since I had just recently been to a different doctor. Did not get any answers or relief. I would highly recommend Dr. Garner & her staff!!!!

The office told me they would accept my insurance so I made an appointment and took time to be there. However, when I arrived, they told me that the dermatologist I would see was not considered in-network. I asked why they didnt tell me over the phone, but they said they just found out. So disrespectful and unprofessional to not help prospective patients.

Dr. Garner is great! Ive used her for years. The staff, however, is terrible. Called to have insurance checked THREE times with never a return phone call. Still waiting for a prescription to be called in.

No wait, first DR to look past my problem skin and help me find the source. Recommended I see an endocrenologist. Look forward to both their help.
