I called five days later, and the lady said, "We mailed you a copy of your results!" Im sorry... What? You mailed using USPS my blood work results and what to do next? You mailed it? YES! Its in the mail... Have you heard of email or fax or a phone call? Instant results.. Why am I calling you five days later just for you to tell me that the blood work came in and your prescription was ready FIVE days ago.. So when someone gets a blood test, what is the follow-up procedure? USPS MAIL! What a joke...
