Ive never had such a bad experience with any doctor. They were ill informed about my insurance and I didnt like any of the frames in the store. I went to another eye place to pick out frames. When I finally got them back I couldnt see out of them. Both the place that made them AND modern eye care agreed that the glasses had been made to the prescription. I called my insurance company to see what I would have to do to get another eye exam and I was told that I must first go back to these people and if that didnt work I could pay out of pocket for another exam and they might reimburse me. I guess Ill be waiting until next year for new glasses.

My husband and I went in for an eye exam and we were very impressed! The staff was very sharp and friendly. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect, while Jaimini personally helped us pick out the best glasses and lenses. Dr. Gandhi was very thorough during the exam. He spent an exceptional amount of time with our exam. Weve never had our eyes examined with such a passionate and knowledgable optometrist. We would definitely recommend coming here to get the best eye care, you wont regret it! They made us feel right at home and we cant wait for our exam next year!

Dr. Gandhi and Dr. Bisen are awesome! I have been a patient of Dr. Gandhis for several years now. He is always very attentive and thorough with the exams. I always have a ton of questions and he very patiently answers them all. Last summer, I had an eye infection and he was able to fit me in his busy schedule right away. I love the new practice. They have a great selection of designer glasses, and even a play area to keep my toddler occupied during my eye exam!

My family has been seeing the doctors at Modern Eye Care in Wylie for a couple of years now. We are very happy with our visits there. Doctors keep the latest technology on hand like the puff-less eye pressure test. (I hate the surprise puff!) and a Retinal image that reveals signs of diabetes or high blood pressure. The staff is very nice to work with, and are happy to share their knowledge and guidance. I ordered my latest pair of glasses at a great price.

It has been several years since my last eye exam. My experience at Modern Eye Care could not have been more pleasant. They carry a wide array of frames. I had no problems finding what I was looking for. The exam was fast and efficient. My consultation was very informative. The lenses have some pretty advanced features that will improve my day to day vision. I am very happy with the products and service I received at Modern Eye Care.

I have latent hyperopia and dry eyes. I have always had a very difficult time selecting the proper prescription and brand of contacts. The doctors and staff here at work absolutely fabulous. They ordered me several types prescriptions of contacts to try and gave me the time to trial each pair until I found the best option. No other facility has ever done this for me. I will continue to go back for all my eye care needs.

We had to change optometrists due to a change in our insurance, and boy am I glad we did. Whilst the past 5yrs, my previous optometrists did not change my contact prescription, Dr Gandhi not only changed my prescription, he changed the brand of contacts I use. I am so happy, I can almost toss my reading glasses :) Everyone at Modern Eye Care were super!

My experience was outstanding. Dr. Gandhi genuinely cared and took his time with me. Having astigmatism in one of eyes has always made my vision blurry because of Dr. Gandhi I dont have that issue anymore. He went above and beyond and truly exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely continue to be a patient and recommend him!

First time here and I am very disappointed . They got my size wrong and when I went they just adjusted it and told me I was good to go and my glasses stretched back and it keeps falling bc its not my size .. thought this place would be my go to from now on but they disappointed me big time
