!!!! The staff here are rude,looks like they dont know what theyre doing. They are not organized AT ALL. They have no enthusiasm whatsoever,its like they are just collecting a paycheck. I brought my dad in to be seen and the staff was all scatter brain,the doctor was in the middle of speaking with a patient when his cell phone rang and he answered it!!! Shame shame shame,the receptionist was not bad,just seemed like she was trying to do too many things at once like taking a phone call and trying to schedule an appointment at the same! Ive never been to a doctors office that had such bad service & so unprofessional! The staff doesnt make you feel welcomed at all. I would give this place no stars at all if I could,but being that I had to give them one to submit my review,they dont even deserve that.

I have to say the other reviewers are dead on! When I call they never answer, I left messages that were never returned, my first time I had an appt at 4...I signed in at 4, they didnt acknowledge me until 6. I asked why it was taking so long she told me because I was late, and I would have to reschedule. What??!!! Other patients were even vouching for me that I had indeed been there the whole time smh and She was so rude about it smh.

I agree with another reviewer.. they are very rude starting with the manager Tania and have hateful attitude towards customers who call them on the phone to get some answers for the terrible mistakes their staff made on very important documents costing people money and time.We regret doing business with these kind of people...STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!

Unprofessional staff, never solve problems. They cancelled our appointment and proposed next one after 40 days, I tried to convince them my situation but they never accept. A friend of mine had appointment with them at the same day, it was cancelled either. She was scheduled for the next day. They deal with people based on their mode.

They are very nice and i am always helped pretty quick...my hat goes off to the women that work the counter because alot of guest are very rude and they carry themselves well. I was helped at the counter by the african American woman and she listened through my stutter fits and all !! Thank you and i will be returning

Long, very long and sometimes an excruciating long wait, even for scheduled appointments. My physician is very friendly and professional, but the other members of the staff seem a little incompetent when it comes to sending referrals or even answering the phone.

AWFUL!!! Just AWFUL Needed a breast biopsy still have not gotten it after 3 weeks. If it is cancer SHAME on them. You can never get a real answer or person. Never have I been treated so indifferently. I will be exploring my options for another provider.

Im just saying...I was a guest here and while we were waiting for our appointment, 7 people came in complaining about the service here...not sure if its the staff or the Doctors...however this place needs some HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have very poor reception. you need to call again and again for several days to schedule an appointment with a doctor and the earliest appointment they can schedule is a month from the time you call.

This office is trash! They were rude and a rip off... just to have a paper signed they said I have to pay for a signature! Unprofessional and should not be in the medical field!

The staff is just awful! Their attitude is bad. They dont want to answet your questions. They are very rude. I didnt expect that when I called. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!
