I made an appointment, and was told because they were crowded that my wait would be around 30-40 minutes. I said no problem. I have a chronic pain condition and getting to the place is very difficult for me, but I still decided to wait. There is no heater in the place (and only a single air conditioner in the wall so its probably unbearable in the summer as well,) and it was absolutely freezing. The single TV was broken and not working, and they dont even have any reading material. There were people who had already been waiting hours when I arrived, and everything from the paperwork to the entire business was unprofessional and inefficient. I waited 2 hours, with no updates, no compensation and no hope of getting anywhere. I could hear the doctor come up to the front and angrily yell her frustration at how busy they were at the front desk multiple times. I called my usual place and got the hell out of there - never should have waited as long as I did in pain, but I was really hoping to not have to travel again. Was probably a good thing though - this place may be operating illegally according to other clinics and dispensaries Ive talked too. Dont bother trying to save a little money - go to a real clinic with a REAL doctor.

Let me walk you through my visit. I went in on a Saturday. It was about 10:30ish when I pulled into the parking lot, I continued around back. The thing is the entrance to the place is in the very front.. PARKING is around back. So I walked in, and immediately you come up to a window. You hand them your i d card and the lady will give you a few forms to fill out. Then you wait.. I waited about 20-30 minutes (no appointment) and another lady comes out and calls you into a waiting room where the doctor eventually will call you in.. The process from here is sooooo easy.. And fast. The doctor calls you in and goes down the checklist on why you need it... Then she signs off and thats it. You pay. And have a option to pay,$20 extra for a I d card. And the color background you want. I loved my experience and I WILL be returning to renew next year.. Thank you so much 420md

The absolute worst customer service. Either you call in and its off the hook, or u get redirected in circles by their horrible robot answering machine or when you ask for help with something they cant help you or you get redirected to a different store that doesnt even know how to pick up a phone. The Sacramento one is the best of the worst but their prices arent horrible.

Rude service, they post prices online but when you get here they tell you the prices are way higher. Try to sell you unnecessary photo ID card. Advertise a discount for reading yelp review on website, they tell you inside its only a discount on the unnecessary photo ID. Complain about the price difference between store and Web page and they refuse service.

I have had a few bad experiences at medical evaluation clinics. Not here! Dr. Brown is fantastic. It is rare to find a doctor who has genuine personal skills. The facility is very modern and classy. Im extremely grateful for the attention and overall experience. Highly recommended to anyone in need of recomendation letter.

Easy and Convenient Was only in the building a total of 15 mins and got 2 scripts.... My guest and I were more than satisfied. They make sure youre perscribed as fast as possible. No games or gimicks. Go get your card. Its easy! I will definately refer anyone that is looking to get their card....

Not a bad experience however they need to get their equipment in order so people dont have to go to some sort of inconvenience meaning the ID machine was broke and they didnt have any change when I have more money than I should
