The doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. I was referred to this office from previous pediatrician that retired (Dr. Ringwald who was hands down the best pediatrician in the Sacramento area)..the office staff are very sweet: being a single mother I bring my baby by myself and when I have to use the restroom they hold him For me rather than making him have to crawl around on the bathroom floor. They dont shame me for being unable to watch my baby get immunizations. Initially I thought it was bogus when I first had my son and took him there. But their phone lines were actually broken due to construction in the area. They had no control of that. my baby usually sees Rebecca. Shes PA but just as good as any pediatrician. I would recommend them to any parent. My baby had a series of health issues and they were there with compassion and concern. Now hes all better. Thats it. Hope this helps. No place is perfect but the important thing to remember is babys care first. And they did see my newborn on walk in basis. They also have an after hours urgent care thats just as amazing.

I have been very patient with this office. They have taken my kindness fit granted. Today was the last straw. My son had an appointment for a physical at 2:30 and didnt get called until 4 :30 then when I asked the supervisor why they are letting ppl be seen who came after me they said sorry they made a mistake their appointment was at 3:30 but were getting seen before my son. Then they had us waiting another hour after we made it in the room. The doctor didnt know anything about how to fill out a physical form she kept asking me what should she write for the answer!!! That is ridiculous! Then she went to ask the other doctor and did what she was told me Im so sad we have bad health Care that we have to deal with this kind of service. I am hoping my son doesnt get sick or need to go back here for a long time ! My poor baby is on oxygen too and he ran out of it while waiting there. These ppl are heartless. They were acting singing Happy birthday song to one other employee instead of working and having us wait for hours.

WILL NEVER GO BACK....THIS PLACE IS THE WORST THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES OR THEYRE OFF DURING OFFICE HOURS....SO I SHOW UP WITH MY DAUGHTER ASKING TO BE SEEN (MIND U MY DAUGHTER IS COVERED IN A RASH WHEN I PICKED HER UP FROM SCHOOL) THEY DENY TO SEE HER...SO I SAID NO I NEED HER DR. TO SEE HER THEY CALL THE BOSS SHE SAID IF I DONT MIND WAITING I SAID NO I DONT MIND.....THEN THEY KEPT DENYING TO SHE HER THEN THEY THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE IF WE DIDNT LEAVE..... WHAT KIND OF CHILDRENS DR. DOES THAT (i explain to them i dont have anyway to take her anywhere else and I have a baby and an other daughter at home i need her Dr to see her they did not care for any of my childrens safety)

Never answers phone and you have to walk in to make an appointment that they wont even give you on the spot. They will tell you that theyre going to call you back for an appointment and than when they do the appointments for the next following week . They work super slow too. Need more doctors for the amount of patients. And if you do get an appointment, you still be in the waiting room for an hour or more just to be seen.

Horrible! They never answer the phone. They schedule an appointment, but then it takes about an hour in a half for them to even call you in a room. Then you get in the room & still have to wait 15-20mins for the doctor to see you for about 5 minutes.

It is a very bad service crap last 3 hours waiting for my appointment had it at one and looked after me until 4:30 and then into the room and make you wait an hour not recommend very bad and it is always the same
