I give the young woman who sees my kids 5 Stars. Rebecca Andrews R.N., F.N.P. She is awesome and is super sweet. She takes good care of my boys and hands down the easiest to talk to. She listens to me and my boys. Love her. She is thorough in what she does and makes everyone in the room comfortable and satisfied with the care she gives. 100% recommend her for your child. As for the other Doctors Ive had seen at this office, Im disappointed in their manners. How they did not listen or put me at ease or my child. Ive felt that they have argued with me when I have asked a question about whatever they diagnose my child with. (Rudely answered and short responses) It is my child after all, I should be able to ask questions. Waiting room is way too long and not enough sits. They schedule the appt for you based on what the Doctor says or how bad your child is. That means that they will call you back when they give the message to the doctor and what the doctor says. Then you will get a call back. It can take an hour or 5 minutes to closing time. Desk people up front in my opinion are slow at times and seem lost or just too social with each other. I feel like things need to change at how some doctors and some desk people handle things. Read your patients reviews. If more then one person is saying something similar I think its worth it to read it and look at the problems.

Well.. lets say this. Ive NEVER written a yelp review before- but this horrible experience encouraged this review. I called for half an hour after the office was "open" no one answered. I went in and the girls were chatting,phones ringing.. I didnt have the best doctor visit but also not the worst. I was looking into changing doctors but my newborn ( 3 weeks old ) had two really goopy eyes and I wanted to get him into a doc asap. They actually answered the phones ( around 9 a.m.) and said theyd ask the doctor if she would have an opening and theyd call back before twelve. I ended up taking him to urgent care. He was ok, thankfully. This office called back at 3:25 and asked if I could make it in before 4. No thanks. Im a new mom. This is my first baby. I found a pediatrician who WILL get me in AND answer my calls when the office is open. This was a horrible overall experience at this office. Poor staff. Inadequate doctor. Poor services. Never again. My babys worth more.

is it possible to give -5 stars than 5 stars?? wish i could write a review about the service there BUT my kids have yet to be seen after making 3 appointments! The first one my kids missed because they said i "must of wrote down the appt time incorrectly, mind you i took the day off of work, put the appt in my calendar texted it to my ex husband so i had multiple documents showing this was the time given to me BY THEM. 2nd time the appt was missed they called me a hour prior saying the doctor was sick and they couldnt see my kids....well guess what, my kids have another appt tomorrow and they called me this morning to tell me they would have to reschedule because the dr is sick again. if you cant keep yourself healthy how are you supposed to give advice on how to keep other healthy?? Going to drive the extra 30 min to my childhood Dr. terrible terrible receptionists too. Dont know how they keep jobs there.

Changing my kids dr yet again. First off when you try to call for a sick appt they say they will call back and never do, then when you call back they say they have no appts u was told this right before they closed. So I had to wait all day while my son got worse. I decided to take him to the hospital in which he was admitted. Then when we get discharged a couple days later the dr said to make an appt with his dr in 1-2 days. I called same thing, thats when the dr said to call back in a week. To bring him in. Im so done I will be taking my kids to a different dr. That you dont have to wait to get an appt.

They have stopped picking up the phones, will not give you your prescription refills on time. After going through hell to get a refill for one week, we were given a refill for only 2 weeks! This used to be a great place, Kay and Lidia were amazing. It was never quite as good after Lidia left, but the last two months have been impossible to get meds on time or even through on the phone. I didnt hear the phone ring once while in the office. This means they are intentionally leaving them off the hook. Its time to find a new office.

Love , love ,love this office my children are always taken care of. when i need advise from the doctor they always give good advise if i need a refill on medication the doctor always sends it to my preferred pharmacy. i do not know why everybody else hates this office but i love it. All the doctors and staff are very nice and helpful in every way. Yes, the phone lines are hard to get through but when I do get through the staff are always apologetic and I understand that my child is not the only child they care for.

LOVE this office, LOVE the caring staff. My kids are 4 , 2 and 8mos. Doctors and Nurses are COMPETENT always caring. NOT sure what the others are complaining about. Yes the phones are busy alot, but to me that means they are taking their time to attend to my concerns and are in HIGH demand. I have never had a problem with a refill, if I leave a VM it is always returned timely. My infant has a rare condition the the doctors diagnosed quickly and got us the help we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Echoing what everyone else has said... You can never get through, its always "well call you back." I was just in for my infants 4 month appointment. Appt was for 10:30, I left there at 12:05. An hour and a half. Ridiculous! There was a new dr on staff and she was absolutely clueless. They measured the babys chest and I asked why. The dr didnt freaking know! Dear God!

Can never seem to get through to talk to anyone. Always a busy signal on the phone. When I am able to get through they tell you that theyll call you back later. I should be able to get ahold of my childs Doctor, but this place just doesnt seem to care. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible office. Every single time I go, its about a 2-3 1/2hr wait. Im only giving it one star because the drs are so nice and caring. I will be finding a new office to take my son.

Impossible to get to the front desk through the call. Dont respond to my call, very upset with their service! But their doctors are awesome, always helpful and considerate.

Been trying to reach by phone and message. Never called back. Worst place ever, dont care about the kids to even call back. Changing ASAP. Horrible phone service
