I use to go to this office. That is until they refused to place in a refferal for urgent care on time for my insurance. That left me stacked with a 450 bill I had to pay out of pocket. I had no way of paying and still have current payments on this. They necer fixed their mistake and no im paying the price dor that liyerally. They over book and im always wsking 30-40mins after my scheduled appt to see a dr. The issues started when a tragedy stuck the dr which is completely understandable. However instead of calling in another Dr. She chose to pawn everything off on her NPs. Who only worked tuesday and Thursday. My appt was cancled wnd instead of trying to book me sooner i was again scheduled 2 weeks out. The reason for my booked appt was 1. I had an emergency ride to the ER and 2. I had several urgent care visits when they could not see me. I would NEVER reccomend going to this office unless you mind waiting extra time past your appt or even having them mess up things for insurance purposes and refusing to fix the issue.

This office is an unprofessional circus. They overbook appointments with clients to the point where many times I have been kept waiting 30 mins past my appointment in the staff lunchroom, yes they take you back to a staff lunchroom to wait for an actual patient room to be available. Also Melanie who schedules appointments did not cancel my appointment when I requested it and then I received a bill after the fact. I actually have a voicemail from her stating my appointment was canceled and another voicemail later reminding me of the appointment she confirmed canceling. Will not recommend nor ever go back here, its obvious money is all that matters to this office. Also they refuse to give birth control but they have no problem claiming a person needs a prescription for anti depressants...because apparently this makes more sense.

Once again, wonderful care from Dr. Abalos office. :) The staff made me comfortable, communicated the process and time expected, and were professional and informative. Dr. Abalos has been very available to me via My Health and responded quickly to my needs. She also finds a treatment plan through an open discussion with me. Thank you to the team!
