If you want to come for very bad service, "unexpected continuously bill", very out-of-date health equipments, diagnosing by "googling" with her cell phone! very old room practices, very unprofessional, this is the place. So many list that made me very dissatisfied with their service. - I went there a month ago, was shocked knowing how "out-of-date" the health equipment & how "old" the practice rooms are. They using weight scale that normally used for weighting animals, cant they afford to buy a normal weight scale? I mean, come on how much does it cost in Walmart ? - More shocking a tiny Latin female doctor came to me dressed up not so properly as a female doctor, revealing so much of her chest, with high heel & diagnosing me by "googling" with her cell phone! - Ive paid my bill when I was there on the spot & a month later I got "another" bill from them with very unfriendly words. Ive paid my full fee as I asked them for the bill on the spot, but why I got another "unexpected continuously bill" a month later? Plus with very "unfriendly words" written in the bill there. Im very upset. Why cant they charged me at full price at my 1st visit instead I receiving "unexpected continuously bill" from my visit thats been a month ago? So I had to come there back & forth to clear it. So unprofessional. If I could give no star here, I would.

Im modifying my review of Dr. Mikelionis office from 1 star to 3 stars because the billing/office manager Natalia made a great effort and was nice enough to follow up with me to see why I had such trouble with their office. I initially perceived their office as inept due to the quality of service my husband and I received. However, Ive just been made aware that the previous billing person left quite a mess and so Natalia has been trying to catch up on old billing from what I understand, hence the reason why we didnt receive a bill from them until a year and half later. While it was a bit difficult for me to communicate with some of their admin staff due to some language barriers, I appreciate the effort Natalia and Natalie made to work with us on this unexpected bill/insurance claim. As far as delayed returned phone calls by other staff, Im guessing that was also due to the staff playing catch up and trying to sort messes out left by previous staff. While I did feel neglected by them in the beginning (in regards to an old bill received) and I dont necessarily agree with some of their billing fees, I think the change in some of their staff is making the office a better place as they seem to be working hard to get it organized and back in order.

This dude is a TOTAL quack. He is on some crazy trip about strep antibodies and honestly began to pitch the idea that I should take penicillin for year. He explained he had witnessed a patient suffer from some sort of myocardial damage because they went untreated and now he tests everybody for it etc. Mine was mildly elevated in one of three(?) tests. As the assistant to renound physicians myself, I asked several of them and they unanimously said he was completely nuts. Presence of antibodies simply means you had been exposed to it at some time and this cracked out anecdotal story about one person is far from how responsible physicians practice medicine. The office itself is poorly run and I had other tests with crazy results that I only found out about on my own (with MyHealthOnline) which was terribly irresponsible. I mean results I should have been notified about immediately were never reported. The staff tries their best but this place is a mess.

Upon scheduling an appt with Dr. Mikelionis. I was passed off to his physicians assistant Nadia. Nadia is constantly late and often ignores your appointment time. After getting there and waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room and another 10 minutes in the exam room. Nadia then pokes her head in to declare that she will be at least another 20 minutes. After telling her that I had to be at work she then asked if my appointment was "important." Dont go to this office. This is also the same doctor that put me on bed rest for a blood clot and then asked me to drive back and forth to their office repeatedly for dissability paperwork and also neglecting to post on the door that they close for an hour at lunch. Would you have someone on bed rest run errands for your office because you wont use a fax machine?

Excellent please, I have one of the best experience in this office with the doctor Mikelionis and also with all the stuff. They care about my health, and one of the things the I love about this Doctor is that He uses a lot of natural methods an example is my thyroid ,any doctor had able to control my problem. After I found Dr Mikelionis He founds the best solution and the right medication. I love this place. Just reading these bad reviews puts me to think that people just want to discredit any place just because they do not give them what they want.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst service, very unprofessional, the receptionist and dr were arguing while myself and other clients were present. She didnt help me, she just prescribed me something and sent me on my way while she took a nice $280 for telling me nothing about my condition. Biggest waste of my time!!

I love this place! They are prompt and compassionate. I especially loved that lovely blond, Natalie that was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They really are a gem in a haystack of Sacramento.
