Dr. Lee is awesome, but his front desk staff is the rudest woman I have ever met. She is supposed to represent the doctor, shes your first impression walking in and on the phone. She hung up on the phone before I even got to say good bye, she did it to my mom the following day as well. When I came into the office I told her that the way she hung up was rude and not appreciated, her answer was "oh really." She should be fired, I WILL never come back, my family will never come back and I WILL TELL EVERYONE ABOUT the horrible staff at this office. Dr. Lee should be embarrassed that she represents his practice.

I had several procedures done with Dr. Lee. 2 root canals and a few fillings. The staff and Dr Lee are very good at their job. I never once felt out of the loop with info. They where able to show me exactly what was going to happen, and explained it very well. One time while trying to pay for one of the visits, my FSA card wasnt being accepted. They were able to work with me, and I was able to get the issue resolved with the card company and finish paying. Never once was I pressured by them. Would 100% recommend anyone needing any kind of dental work.

Dr Raymond Lee is an outstanding dentist and Im honored to be a patient there. Having managed a dental office in Indiana, I had HIGH expectations for a dentist when we moved here. I contacted and rated several dentists. Dr Lee is the best and most affordable of them all. Wow, we found the BEST town in Florida to live in, the BEST neighborhood to live in, and the BEST dentist imaginable. We are blessed.
