I moved to Denver from Orlando in January 2017. My dentist advised me that my Invisalign treatment would be done on 4/5 and I would need to return on to the office to have my brackets removed. I scheduled an appointment in January for 4/17. I flew to Orlando from Denver to get the Invisalign brackets removed on 4/17 and to pick up my retainers. I was informed on 4/17 that my retainers were not ordered yet and was asked who told me that my retainers would be there. So on 4/17 the office then told me that they would order the retainers and I was told that they would be sent to me in two weeks. I was also charged $500 for the retainers and they couldnt tell me how long I would need to wear them for. I would need to read the directions when I received the retainers. Two weeks later I called the office to ask when the retainers would arrive, they asked who told me I would receive them in to two weeks and that they come from a far away place. Later that day I was told the retainers arrived to the office and I would receive them by Friday. They didnt arrive. I called back on Tuesday 5/9. They told me they have the retainers but they dont have a fedex shipping label so they didnt know when they could ship it. Later that day I spoke with the office manager and she told me she needed to use $14 out of her pocket to priority ship the retainers to me to arrive on Thursday, 5/11. I still have not received my Invisalign retainers. Please help! I have yet to receive my retainers.

I had such an experience at this dental surgery appointment. The Dentist himself was rather nice and friendly, however, the assistant was rough and had lack of patience. The tools were being place on my chest many times instead of on a table; which is something I NEVER experienced at a dentist visit before. Many times my face was being stretched over to reach to tools and other things I am guessing. As, a dentist assistant it is very important just as I am a teacher for us to have lots and lots of patience and not become aggravated and rough with our patience, as sometimes it is difficult to hear the instructions under the medication and situations. I am a very honest person and this is my honest feedback and to be honest once my final treatment is completed, I am not sure if I would want to continue with Sage as my primary dental care provider; at least not Windermere office!

This Sage dental office here, in Windermere Florida, is one of the best dental offices, I have ever been at. Dr. Bowen is one of the most professional, experienced, skilled, dentists I have ever had. He has totally fixed my problematic teeth, that Ive had problems with for many years.There was never a dentist anywhere, for me, ( EVER ) that was able to do the magnificent work he did on my teeth, hygeniest ( Kathy ) included. I am so ecstatically happy, and grateful for Dr. Bowens professional services. He is truly that miracle worker, youre looking for! Dr Bowens staff, ( Kathy the hygienist, and beautiful office staff ) is as professional as he is. GUARANTEED YOU WONT FIND A BETTER PLACE!! BELIEVE ME! THEY ARE ALL VERY WONDERFUL!! My Name is Philip Landry and I visited Dr. Clement Contestable 6 hours ago. I had two teeth that were dead and I asked him to pull them. He gave me the option of saving them and doing a root canal but I just wanted them out. His intent is to make his customers happy and though he didnt want to pull my teeth, he did go by my wishes. I feel no pain 6 hours later. He and his assistant did a marvelous job and it only took about 5-10 minutes for the extraction of two teeth. I bought the VIP plan because I have no insurance and will receive discounts in the future on teeth whitening, cleaning and partials. I was at a gypsy dentist (24 Hour Dentist on International Drive last week and he JACKED UP MY TEETH". Dr. Contestable was able to make it right. THANK YOU DOCTOR CONTESTABLE.

Amazing front desk service ! The girls responsible for the front desk and administrative services are far above the normal and standard clinic customer service. Definitely they are not "fill this 50 pages of paperwork", sign things that you cannot understand just to free them of liabilities. They are really concerned about being kind what unfortunately is very very very rare nowadays. Both, Dr. Stuart (Sand Lake unit) and Dr. Bowen(Dr. Phillips Blvd unit) are competent and careful.

I highly recommend this place and I recommend that you request for Dr.Bowen. My fear of dentists are put at ease ever since I have met Dr. Bowen. He is patient, kind , honest, and understanding. Not only is the dentist outstanding but the customer service team is just as outstanding. They make you feel welcomed and they are sincere about any concerns or complaints you may have. You would not be disappointed if you have dental work at sage dental of Windermere !

Came here for a second opinion after having a bad experience with another dentist who tried to charge me $225 for a deep cleaning after not even looking at my teeth. The staff was great, the office was clean, and after actually looking at my teeth and checking my gums, saved me the $225 because I only needed a basic cleaning! Highly recommend!

Very impressed by the cleanliness and brightness of the lighting in the office. Every person I met was professional, friendly and took the time to look at me when talking. Im impressed by the paper work that shows you exactly how much your out of pocket amount will be. Very efficient.

24 hour cancellation notice not sufficient to avoid penalty since it was a hygienist appointment. Not sure if this is regular practice but apparently cancelling an appointment is not an option. Ill pay the penalty but wont be coming back.

The entire staff at Sage Dental was professional, from the front desk to the dental hygienist and dental assistant to the person taking x-rays, to the dentist and office manager. All were top notch at their jobs.
