Ever since I was little, I had such anxiety with dentist. Dr. Forni and his staff are simply amazing. They make me feel right at home and feel like family. Every time I walk through the door the ladies greet me by name and ask me how I am doing. You dont get that anywhere else. I just recently got married and Dr. Forni and Kelli went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty. He made sure that my smile was simply picture perfect. He did everything he could to make sure that my teeth were fixed. I couldnt have asked for a better dentist. Even my Dad drives from Orlando just to see him. He is by far the best dentist in Florida! I cant thank Dr.Forni or Kelli enough. I feel so safe and all my anxieties are gone when Im getting my dental work done. Kelli makes me laugh and truly cares about my smile. I love how she is the same one that assist Dr. Forni every time. She always ask how I am, is caring, and treats me as if shes known me forever. Dr. Forni truly cares, take pride in his work and you can tell he loves what he does!

I have seen Dr. Forni for quite some time now, I have never had a bad experience under his care. My last visit was no different with Dr. Forni and Kelly, but there was a specific person who helped to make my experience even more comfortable. Priscilla is not only professional, but she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is going well for you as the patient. When I call, she gets me the answers promptly and if I need forms, I never have to ask twice. Im thankful that Priscilla joined Dr. Fornis team, I believe she will bring a lot to the team and patients.

I was to have a routine cleaning. About the time of completion, what I assume was a doctor pops in the room and pokes around in my mouth. At checkout I was presented a bill including a doctor consultation. For some reason I paid it and have been sorry since. I contacted the office and explained and asked for a refund. NO RESPONSE. I think the doctor needed my money for a payment on his new Porsche which is prominently displayed. At any rate, I cancelled all my appointments and it feels right.

Dr. Forni is not only great for adults but is an amazing Dr. for kids. My children love going to see him for all of their routine visits, but when my daughter recently broke a tooth while we were out of town, she insisted that we wait until we returned home to see Dr. Forni, who got us in immediately. He took the time to explain everything to both of us and put our minds at ease as he made the repair. I would HIGHLY recommend making Dr. Forni and associates your "Family" dentist!

Had an appointment for a toothache and was able to get in the office without hesitation. Was seen in a timely manner with little to no wait. Dr. Pero was friendly and detailed. Staff was excellent in helping me find the location by providing directions over the phone. Entire staff seemed very professional, friendly and caring. Pricing was affordable and within budget.Would recommend friends and family to schedule.

We have a had a wonderful experience with Dr. Forni and his staff. Couldnt ask for a better dentist. Would like to give a big Shot Out for Mrs.Mary & Dede for putting up with us!!!!!!! Ive had 2 root canals done here and both times the Dr. and staff have been nice and helpful. Everyone hears the work "Root Canal" and gets scared but its really nothing. They take good care of you and talk to you about whats going on. I would recommend this place to anyone. And a special thanks to Dr. Pero for all his hard work. Thanks everyone at Forni Dental

Love everyone at this office, everyone is so sweet and friendly. Theyre great with my kids (9, 7, 5) My kids each see a different dentist and they are all Wonderful! They each come in, talk to the kids, interact with them while looking at their teeth. Couldnt ask for a better dentist office for my children. I reccomend this place for children and adults.

I recently had two teeth pulled by Dr. Forni and I didnt feel a thing! He made sure I was in no pain and then he rid me of my problem teeth! I would recommend anyone to his office. DR Forni is the only Dentist I will see, he has fixed multiple previous poorly done crowns, I moved to Jacksonville and still drive to lake Wales to get dental work. All his staff are very friendly. Kelly, Ashley & Mary are great!
