Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This practice is unprofessional, uncaring and incompetent. I had only six teeth removed in lower front. Dentist did not trim the bone at tops of sockets before suturing. Came apart overnight. He put me off for a week then resutured. That came apart again due to failure to trim bone edges. Excrutiating pain. Lost all of gum in front of lower jaw down to gum line. I have had to see an oral surgeon and still need additional bone trimming. Waiting for gums to regrow. Had a new top plate with no extractions. Bad impression done and poor fit. Bite was even off! Dentist said it was the best he could do. They dont take the time to do things right. I had to get a refund for my dentures for myself and my wife who also got bad fitting ugly teeth. They would rather refund yourt moiney and move on to the next victim than do do the right thing. Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else. I met some people in waiting room who were on their second and third remake and still not satisfied. They dont take appointments so you get there and sit in waiting room. Then when they decide to start seeing patients they open their little window and announce that they will take names. Whoever gets to window first gets signed up first even if they came in after you. WHen they have their quota for the day you may be turned away and asked to come back another day. Then what? Same thing. Go here forewarned, you may regret it.

McDentures!!! 5 of 10‎ Not a bad place to get something that looks like teeth shoved into your mouth, in a few days time. The staff was just OK, friendly enough, they just need to get it together organizationally! I had to go back 40 miles, three times, once to get impressions made, once because they told me to once back the next day in the afternoon...anytime! It turns out "anytime" is still not clear, I even called before hand. I think they close at 3:00 pm. Day 3, yes 3 (most people in the office waiting room had been there several times) I came in, @ 8:30 am, to just to pick up my teeth; no changes were possible at this point. They insisted I wait until the afternoon to simply, walk through a door, open mouth and insert teeth, then leave. Kinda rude... and well just plain stupid; but you are not paying to be pampered by these folks. Youre paying for dirt cheap dentures. In the end the dentures are passable, cheaply made, but do the job and look and feel... OK. The staff is unorganized, however, I am satisfied I have something that looks like teeth in my mouth. The waiting was a drag, overall I would go again, but call repeatedly, to VERIFY TIMES -before each time I go there. 5 of ten overall. e

I made an appointment for 8:00 AM, after reading the reviews from others I called and was assured my appointment was for 8:00 AM and I would be seen on time. What a joke that turned out to be. I walked in the door at 7:45 and the waiting room was full. I filled out the paperwork and began my wait, after 45 minutes I went up to the window and reminded them I had an appointment at 8:00 AM and was promptly told they had not finished the 7:30 appointments and that there were 5 other people that have 8:00 AM appointments.. They schedule everyone for 7:30 and 8:00 am and it is first come fist serve. Additionally, this off ice has the most unfriendly staff you could eve meet. I called the main office and they apologized but each office is independently owned. I asked if there were others that had complained about this office and I was told I was not the first and there were several others that had complained. If you have a lot of time to waste or if you just need a place to hang out for a few hours this may be for you, if not I would avoid this place like the plague. I finally had to leave, could not take it any longer.

Horifgic !! PLEASE DO NOT TEMPT TO GO THERE!! 8 hours wait time!!! They invite everyone at 8 in the morning and keep them there the whole day. When I tried it it hart when I bit, they had no patience to deal with it and say that I should of buy the more expensive kind instead. When I asked them to adjust it again they say NO! And that they refuse to sell it to me and TRUE IT TO THE TRASH CAN INFRONT OF MY EYES!! I begd them to still buy it and I thought to take it to another dentist to adgust but they did not let me buy it!! No reason just pure evilness of the employees! They redound me my payment but I never got it! NEVER GOT THE MONEY BACK! dont know what to do! I call costumer service but no one return my massages ! They took my social number and now I get collection calls for the "free x-reys" PLEASE KNOW ITS EVEN WORST THEN YOU CAN THINK OF! Do not tempt to go!!! I READ REVIEWS TOO .. but still tempted because it was cheap, now I have NO MONEY AND NO TEETH!!

Ok here I go, I got new dentures here at the end of January this year. Two weeks later they cracked into two pieces. I took them back and they repaired them that day. All seems good. My dentures cracked again the first week of May. I call and was told to take them in between 7:30 and 11:00. When I got there I was told that I needed an appointment and had to wait three hours before they could get me in. The girls did some grinding on my dentures so the would not rub my gums but they were loose. Very loose. I was told that was all they could do. I took them home and have tried adhesives to keep them in but they just to loose. Today I called and can only get their call center. I am very disappointed in the quality and service I have receive from this office. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I hope to update everyone when and if this gets resolved.

I went to Affordable Dentures in Ocoee Fl for them to repair my bottom plate. They are the rudest, unprofessional, nasty people I have ever felt with. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST. THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR WORK, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP AND THEN LAUGH AT YOU. I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals office in Florida so it is on their record. TAKE THE TIME AND DRIVE TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES IN LEESBURG FL. Not only did they have my teeth fixed in less than 2 hours, but the staff was amazing and treated you like a person. They even fixed them free because of my problems in Ocoee. Funny thing is I seen 3 people from Clermont in there that refused to go to Ocoee for same reason and drove to Leesburg to get the respect and treated like you should. AFFORDABLE DENTURES IN OCOEE FL STAY AWAY!!!!!

My girlfriend had 11 teeth pulled in one sitting. Dentist didnt give appropriate amount of novicaine and when told that she wasnt numb he brushed the comment off and started working, she had to grab his hand to stop him and make him give more novicaine. After all that they under prescribed her pain meds. Gave her Tylenol 3! and not enough for even 24hrs. Then she had to drive back, 1hr rd trip to get a new script which is for a dosage that is NOT a standard dosage and isnt carried by ANYONE! It will take 5 days to fill. You guys are a joke! They even told her to take 2 ibuprofen with her Tylenol 3 to handle the pain! Your not supposed to mix those 2, damn idiots. Stay away. You get what you pay for.
