DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I had an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction consultation. Four days out I get a call saying the doctor has changed the days hes in the office and I have to reschedule. I thought that was pretty rude, after I made arrangements to be off work since hes not in on my days off he really ought to have honored the appointments he already had and THEN changed his schedule. But I reschedule and show up for the second appointment to a closed, dark, locked office. Apparently theyd canceled and not bothered to inform me this time, offering no excuse or apology when I called to reschedule a THIRD time. So for the THIRD time I make arrangements to leave work early, I get a reminder email on Friday, a confirmation robo-call on Monday, show up to my appointment on Wednesday only to find out that its been canceled AGAIN because the doctor IS ON FREAKING SABBATICAL. While they claim they tried to call me on Tuesday to let me know (yeah, no, you didnt), it turns out that theyd known for over a month that the doctor was leaving - meaning that they knew when they scheduled this appointment that theyd be cancelling it, and they still scheduled it anyway. And then didnt bother to tell me theyd canceled until I showed up. Theyve cost me at least $100 in lost work hours, and I still havent had the appointment happen, but are they going to cut me a check to make up for it? RUN. RUN FAR, FAR AWAY. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I have been living in Orlando for the last year and a half. I work as a Mental Health Therapist and a Registered Behavior Analyst, so you can imagine how important it is to me how people are treated. I had gone for an evaluation at another dental office and the experience was horrible, to say the least, so didnt get anything done there. Through my insurance found Advanced Dental Care near Downtown Disney. I can not say enough about how wonderful I was treated by everyone. My appointment was today and starting in the front desk with Heather, then Byron ( made me laugh), then Dr. Ortiz, Patricia and lastly Tammy (yes, I had to get all of their names). Wow!! What a great team of professionals and a Huge 10 for customer service. I can also say that the prices for the work I need to get done are really good and more than fair. So if you need a great dentist and a great group of professionals working for you, please dont think twice about calling their offices. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and patients. Other professional offices should follow on your footsteps. Thank you, and see you again this week!!!

I have visited this office several times now. The entire staff including the doctors, assistants, hygienists and office team is very friendly and personable. The work they perform is done in a professional manner with the patients comfort in mind. I have seen both Dr. Gil and Dr. Alvarez and both were compassionate, informative and focused on providing great care. They assessed my teeth independently yet reached the same conclusions so I felt confident I was pursuing the right course of treatment. I experienced no pain. The slight discomfort of getting novacaine applied was made easier by a topical anesthetic and a smile in the voice of the doctors applying it. Their dental assistant Jennfier is also great and always has a smile on her face. (At least when I can see her face and its not under a surgical mask!) :-) She remembered me from my last appointment and even noticed that I had dropped a few pounds. It isnt often that you get complimented at the dentists office so this stood out to me! Lets face it- Going to the dentist is never a fun experience. But an appointment at this office is darn close!

@12131 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32836 Awful Experience in addition to lack of professionalism and organization. I was supposed to get my crown done on December 14. But instead they had the wrong component so I had to wait for 2 weeks to get the right component and take impression. Waited 20 days to get the crown which they make out of state. Finally when the crown is here, it came out not matching the shade either the size. They wanted me to wait for 2 more weeks so they can send the crown back to be fixed!!! But I asked to go to a local lab which I did, a week later and again to ensure their lack of integrity and professionalism they didn’t send my impression to the lab that cant start working on the crown till they receive the impression. Yet still waiting...... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME DON’T GO THERE.

The most Professional Staff and Amazing Dentist. Dr Ahmed and his crew take their time with the patients and explain well what they can do for them. I had a fantastic experience with this office and staff after being afraid of Dentists and not seeing one for 40years, I visited them to have 14 teeth removed and infections cleared then have dentures. Things could not have been easier or better for me. ABSOLUTLY no pain, very short recovery period and very very minimal swelling. I never thought visiting a dentist could be so fulfilling. Dont go anywhere else if you want to be totally amazed at what a true professional can do for you. Insurance billing and payment was made easy as well.

These people are crooks. Ive Paid in full every time that I have been to this place(whatever my insurance doesnt cover). Today 12/6/2016 I get a call about a bill from June 2015 due to "my insurance not covering." My issue is why after 18 months you now conjure up a bill. Why was I just notified as a "courteousy"? Where was the call 18 months ago? They had the nerve to say that they was doing me a favor by reaching out before sending my bill to collections. Why couldnt I get this favor in 2015? Then manager gets an attitude because Im questioning the bill. Who wouldnt? Save yourself and take your business elsewhere. Go somewhere else. SERIOUSLY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This place is the worst, I WARN YOU DO NOT GO! As a patient the only person I received good service from was the hygienist herself. Other than that the front office is horrible. Every time I have went there they have me waiting forever and I have witness other patients waiting just as long. Not only that they do not properly handle your claims with the insurance company and are quick to send you to collections without you being fully aware that your insurance are not paying. They are thieves who rather take your money then have the insurance pay. Protect yourselves and dont make the same mistake as me and my friends. They are very unreliable!!!

Dr. Akmal Ahmed just extracted 2 of my bad teeth and it was the nicest experience. I was afraid, but he listened to me. He numbed me so well, I didnt feel the needles to numb me and I was so well numbed, I didnt feel the extractions! I am sure the needles will wear off in a few hours as expected. As of right now I feel great! I have high blood pressure and other issues. Dr. Ahmed took his time and listened to my concerns and I felt confident that he was focused on how I was doing and feeling during the process. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed. My daughter recommended him to me because she is very satisfied.
