The front office is rude. My wife and I are both patients there. My bride fired this place a year ago, but I decided to stay. I am officially leaving as a patient today. I called to set an appointment for my 10 year old and they wouldnt take him until July because he is a "new patient". He is on the same insurance as my wife and I. We are established patients. Hes 10 for heavens sake. On top of that, the person on the phone, was actually pretty cold and rude about this fact and really didnt care. Quite sad really. I am officially looking for a new dermatologist. My son has an appointment with his pediatrician now to look at the issue. An acceptable response could have easily gone something like this, "Im sorry, but we cant get him in until July due to him technically being a new patient, but let me talk to the Dr. Wood to see if she will make an exception due to you being established and his father and I will call you within twenty-four hours." At least at that point, a parent feels like you care about their child. I just feel like a medical record now. Thanks, but no thanks. There are plenty other solid doctors out there who treat patients with respect and compassion.

I went to have some moles looked at..and was shocked that she did not look anywhere except my back and what was visiable. I have insurance and still had to pay an extra 300 dollars too have 2 moles checked for cancer!

Such a great experience with dr. Wood. She was so kind and light hearted, but assessed all the problems I was having with acne and eyelid dryness. I will be back! :)

Went to have a full body check- the doctor took about 3 minutes to examine my whole body - felt like a superficial check. Not impressed.

First available appointment is over 2 months out. Less than pleasant receptionist. locked doors.
