I went in for a basic eye exam. While in there it was about 5 minutes standing at the desk while someone was there before anyone even greeted me. Once I finally checked in, the lady up front is very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. After my eye exam, the lady stated she would charge me $10 as my co-pay. After I get my receipt I notice she charged me $58.00. After asking why I was charged that amount, she rudely stated she just forgot about my contact fitting so without telling me she charged me more than she originally told me. While trying to solve the matter she raised her voice and continued to interrupt me many times, even after I politely asked her to stop interrupt me as I was not trying to argue, I just wanted to solve this. She then changed her story to she never told me it would only be $10 and I had my husband there as my witness. I ask to speak with manager and of course, she is the manager. I let her know she needed to work on her customer service. Nothing is being done by this and now im out $48 for nothing.

They were great! Ive been wearing the same contacts for almost a year (I know, yikes!) And earlier today after work 1 of them finally tore. So I called Target Optical and asked when I could go in, the gentleman that answered the phone said hed see if the doctor could fit me in and would call me right back. About 10mins later they had a spot open for me! I asked about the cost and they where straight forward with the cost, no hidden fees or such. So I went in and they where super nice! I filled out the form and within a few mins the doctor took me in. He was great! Very understanding and not judgmental at all. He gave me a pair of contacts to hold me up until my prescription ones come in, which is a life saver for me because I dont have any other way to see! I already love this place and they will definitely be my go to!

I felt a little spectacle want to saw the reviews here I went in the store and I was greeted right away which was awesome they asked me to fill a form which took less than 10 minutes I told me that doctor will be right up which took less than 5 minutes for the doctor to attend me very polite very professional customer service was great I would definitely recommend!

The most awful place to go if you want good customer service or people who actually care about you as a patient. The office manager is incredbily rude and prejudice. I dont want to say racist but could be. Please I urge you find another place.
