Awful. I went there for two years because they accepted my insurance. The first time going there the doctor messed my perscription up, but thankfully my previous perscription was still valid, so I gave them that and they put them in new frames. (My old frames were bad for driving so I needed to find new ones.) I also decided to try contacts, but they continuously got the alignment and perscription wrong, so I stopped exploring that option. Fast forward to this year, and its time for my perscription to be renewed, and lo and behold, the doctor (it was a different Doctor this time too.) messed my perscription up again. I called and explained my problem (it took them so long to get my glasses that I was outside my vision insurance due to my age) and they wanted me to see the *usual* Doctor that messed my perscription up the previous year and wanted to charge me a re-exam fee. Why am I paying for the doctors mess up? Anywho, I decided to go to my preferred Doctor over at Lensecrafters at Park West since Id be paying either way, and she fixed my perscription and now I have no problems since she ACTUALLY listened to me unlike the doctors at Nationwide who just put words in my mouth and nodded absentmindedly as I explained everything. The money we saved was not even close to being worth the trouble and hassle. I will never go to another Nationwide Vision.

I love the staff, they are the embodiment of customer service and will ensure you are out the door with eyes that are capable of seeing, but dear God if there isnt a worst selection of glasses in the Valley, then please strike me down. Prices are absolutely bogus, even for the kids lenses! Not to mention, they try to sell their lens with insurance, something about plastic lens to ensure them from breaking, anti glare, the transitional lenses that they push you to get, and it gets to a point where they are patronizing, honestly. When it totals up, you basically pay for another pair of glasses. I would NOT recommend anyone buy their glasses, their kids glasses, their grandmother glasses, from these stores due to their shady prices and inadequate selection.

My children had a appointment this week at this location and I been going here quite some time now no one has ever been rude to us until now. Had my my childrens appointment at 4:30pm .We were on time, when checked in we felt rushed and the guy have said that were about to close so you need to pick out your glasses and it was only 4:30pm barely so that didnt make any sense and didnt understand because they dont close until 6:00pm .I thought that was very rude and by the way its not about the color because we are Mexican as well .But the rest of the employees there are very nice just not the guy that is apparently the manager .Theres no excuse and there was no misunderstanding on how we took it he knows how he said ..

Told the doctor which contact lenses I can wear (I am prone to infections) and he insisted I much much costlier daily lenses which would not cause any problems. Three days after wearing them, I have an eye infection and when I called back they wouldnt even see me as now I needed "medical" and my insurance only allowed them to be "vision" Now Im stuck with 6 months worth of contacts I cant wear and a horrific eye infection - although they offered for me pay for a follow-up and to pay for replacement contacts after another doctor fixed their screw up....

I dont understand why one gets treated poorly because one isnt Mexican. It was overall the worse experience Ive had. They were slow and took everyone Mexican ahead of me. I had to ask, "whats the point of making an appointment if youre just gonna take everyone in mi familia in front of me?" I thought I was avoiding this by coming to this location. Might as well have gonna to the one on Indian school. Very unhappy. Take my advise, go to another eye center.

Made it on time for my appt took a while but for been a new patient cant complaint. Two ladies in the feont kept on answering the phone ehile i was waiting to turn in my paperwork... Manager was really nice she helped and explain so much, i had no clue first time going in to get glasses for my son. And the doc is real nice. My only complaint was the front desk

I dont normally write reviews, but Jeremy, our tech who helped me and my two kids, was absolutely wonderful. He was very polite and very kind and explained every question we had, and was very patient and gentle with my little one. Very satisfied with his customer service towards us. We will definitely be coming back!

I would give a 0 if I had the option. Do not bring your kids here. They are not kid or family friendly. The staff are very rude. The Dr. is even worse. Ive never been treated this bad by any eye professionals ( so they say). Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and find another location.

The "manager" is rude. She has no respect and a very bad attitude. She said to me, and I quote, "This is my store, you dont need to come here again." This is a very bad location to go to. Dont go here unless youre ready to get into a fight with her.

Dr. Keller was excellent! He was very personable and caring AND thorough. Laurie was awesome and friendly! She did a great job helping my husband and I get set up with our eyewear without any problems. Thank you Laurie and Dr. Keller!

This place is barely adequate, but havent found a better one nearby. Make sure you know your insurance provisions as they will overcharge and misinform you. Not sure if this is on purpose. Eye Dr. there is nice enough.

Dont know why this place has such a low rating, I went for the first time and it was awesome. The staff were really friendly and they found out exactly what was wrong with my eyes. What else do you want from them?

I read the previous reviews, and was hesitant to go to this office, but I went anyway. Service was excellent in every aspect. I got my glasses in 11 days. I will repeat my business there when needed.

The manager there is extremely rude. Previous manager was nice and I wouldve rated the place a 4/5 with the old manager. New manager made my experience terrible. I switched to another place.
