I got a pair of eyeglasses from this store, along with an exam from their independent optometrist and I would advise you to stay away. To begin with the optometrist was impatient with me because he was behind schedule, and I was taking my time trying to get a proper prescription. I feel he rushed the exam to save time, and my prescription is not quite right. I selected a top of the line pair of frames, ones which are supposedly unbendable. I had this same brand before but not as nice. When I picked them up they were very tight. After much rigamarole adjusting them now they will not stay on when I lower my head. They fall off constantly, and are now subsequently scratched, and bent. I am reluctant to go back to their store, as I don't see them as very capable or willing to help. I would choose another provider.

I have been going to Visionworks for both my Optometrist appointments and glasses for over 10 years. I would not go anywhere else. The Doctors truly care about the health of your eyes and even took time one Sunday morning to call me at home and check on me after I had some difficulty with my eyes. They are very good about making sure you have the right contact lenses and always make sure I get samples to try before I have to buy them. My insurance has changed many times but regardless of whether or not they are on my plan I still go there. They are the best!

I went in to get an appointment and the lady was very rude. It was about 30 mins till close and she kept huffing and puffing as she was making my appointment. As customers kept walking in, she kept saying "ugh people always come last minute" in an angry manner. I felt like I, along with the customers in the store, were a nuisance. Walked out with an appointment but called back and canceled it. Terrible customer service.

I took my family of 5 there. They were amazing! The exams were thorough and informative. I have a very difficult/unusual script do to my medical history. Their lenses were spot on. Ive never had such a comfortable pair of glasses. No headaches due to ill-fitting frames or incorrect lenses. Everyone was extremely pleased with their glasses and contacts. Well definitely go back.

Wish I could give them a negative star, took an appointment for me and my wife, on reaching there they said they only have my appointment. First they missed her appointment and then were not even apologetic to even try and accommodate her. Wasted a lot of time and energy, never coming back to visionworks.

I had a great expierence, the optometrist was very friendly and helpful. the staff was excellent at providing insight and services, while caring for multiple customers at once. The manager was excellent, he was very warm and helpful.

Over priced and could have went to Americas Best but my insurance made me come here for more money and writhing 2 weeks a contact was ripped. They also would not replace the contact lenseven though it was only less than 2 weeks.
