This office is completely unprofessional and practically announced that they were going to try to charge me as much as they can for needless testing. The doctor wont see me for a second opinion until I do needless tests. On top of being GREEDY, the receptionist for scheduling was rude and snippy when I was nothing but nice to her. Its obvious this office is in the business for money (unnecessary testing that had already been performed is NOT NECESSARY). It seems to me they are more worried about the appearance of their office than the actual quality of service they provide! Unbelievable! A different office has agreed they can provide a second opinion without having to redo the initial tests that were already performed leaving me to believe this office pushes for the extra penny from their customers for no apparent reason! CALL ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

I deleted my previous review of 1 star and have updated to 5 due to the empathy that was provided by office manager Trisha and staff member Brian. I originally had a bad experience from a simple phone call and was so disgusted by the interaction only to be immediately contacted by the office manger who really seemed to care and want to make things right. My visit today was amazing Brian was helpful, personable, and overall provided great customer service. The Doctor was excellent as well!!!!! I dont know who picked up the phone when I called the first time but I am pleasantly surprised by the care and attention of the team this time... thank you guys and love my new glasses!!!!

Update: 12/2015 Valley Eyecare Center staff took such amazing care of me when I had an emergency eye situation. Ive officially been converted to a lifetime customer. Thank you so much! -- So far, Ive had two different doctors here, and both have been very kind and caring. Also, support staff (opto techs) have been nothing but helpful and friendly. The only issue Ive had are the steep prices... Other than that, I appreciate that they are open on Saturdays and will continue to be a returning customer with my family.

great place, Everyone was pleasant and kind, they got me in right away, Ive literally never been to a doctor office where I didnt have to wait at least 15 min. But this place is the exception! It will most definitely become my regular eye care Dr.s office. Thank you for your our wonderful service. I felt my Dr. Was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my concerns. And provided excellent service. Besides I found John Malkovichs doppelganger there! which is awesome... : )

Ive been going here for over 4 years and have always had a good experience. Dr. Lindsey Clyde and all the staff I have interacted with are very friendly and do great work. They even were able to help fix my glasses when they got bent from my 2-year-old son stepping on them. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and will continue to do so when I know of someone that needs a good optometrist practice to go to. Thanks!

I have been a patient hear for ten years and will never go anywhere else. Dr. Lindsay Clyde is a great doctor who actually listens to her patients and genuinely cares. I recently had an emergency situation. They got me in within hours, took excellent care of me, explained everything and were very thorough with follow up. I highly recommend this office

This place is absolutely amazing when it comes to professionalism and a knowledgeable staff. I strayed away from them for a short amount of time and went to Lenscrafters. Because of the experience I decided to come back and I will stay a faithful customer for as long as I have good insurance. Lol
