Ive been going to see Dr. Holle for quite some time, over 5 years now I believe. His staff is friendly and so attentive. Dr. Holle himself is thorough, kind, explains everything, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. Jessica at the front desk will make you feel comfortable and take care of all your needs when it comes time to getting contact refills, insurance paperwork or even just scheduling. Shes great! Gary is another fabulous person Dr. Holle has on staff, taking you through each test and examination like a pro. Hes attentive and sweet, paying attention to the little details (like cleaning my glasses when he goes to check the prescription strength or warning you about the puff of air likely to surprise you with the testing machines). Overall, Ive been extremely pleased with my experiences at Total Eyecare Center and would recommend them to anyone in the Paradise Valley area near their Tatum and Shea location.

I love this place. You can get everything from Coach to Dolce and Gabana!!! Ann Marie is always sweet and nice. Dr. Holle is incredible. I have never had any problems with my perscriptions. They all always make sure you are their number 1 concern. The facility is very modern with more up to date and BRAND NEW equipment. They keep up to date on the latest glasses and contact fashions. Very courteous and polite. Dr. Holle always makes sure that you are comfy and content. I would always recomend them!!!!!

They are Friendly people, but they are more concerned with how much money you are giving them, then how well your eyes are. Customer service sucks. I dont want to go into details because I rather remain anonymous. I wont recommend them to anyone. Plus they are pretty expensive compared to another place I called. These people quoted me one price on the phone, and when i started the process it was 20 dollars more. The whole eye examine seemed more like a procedure and routine, no empathy.

The office is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The equipment is modern and the selection of eye glasses is very nice. Definitely the nicest place I have ever been to for eye exam and glasses. The doctor is courteous and takes his time. There arent really any budget frames to choose from - all frames are nice and reflect the cost of being nice. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great service.

Dr Larry Holle is well known in the Phoenix area as a professional, friendly and excellent Optometrist. Our family has been clients of his for many years - having taken the recommendation of good friends that have lived in AZ longer. The quality of this office is easily measured by the longevity of his friendly staff.

I had a great experience. Friendly staff. nice facilities, The Doctor took plenty of time with me to insure that I got just what I needed. They dont have the hugest selection of frames, but I managed to find several good choices and Im hard to fit; So I have to say Im looking forward to coming back!

We love EVERYTHING about Total Eyecare Center! The whole staff is thoughtful, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and just amazing! They make you feel completely comfortable and have great taste when helping you select frames! We will never go anywhere else!

Made an appt, got there early. Sat and sat with nothing, no explanation, no "we will get you in shortly, just sitting. Finally, 20 min after my scheduled appt we decided to leave. Terrible experience and no communication. Dont go here!

Office staff is non-responsive, order the wrong items, has an attitude of "no we cant do that" The doctor is throrough, however, he should shed the office staff for friendly and responsive people.
