DO NOT GO HERE Unless you have something basic like fever or cold. I went because I had sharp pain. They did a urine test (they give you a styrofoam cup. I understand they throw it away, but cmon) and said it was an infection. They gave me antibiotics, two shots and ibuprofen. I payed over $200 After a week and a half I went back and because i didnt feel any improvement. They did a urine test again and told me i still had an infection. I told them that it did not feel like infection because I only felt pain when i made certain movements. Doctor looked at me like i was arguing with him. Told me he was going to give me a prescription for another dose of antibiotics and strong pain killers, and that i can go fill it or not. He walked out the room and the nurse came in, i asked if i can speak to him again and she said for what? She rolled her eyes, then left. They told me to wait in the lobby for my prescription (Keep in mind they wernt giving me pills, only the paper prescription) i waited almost half an hour and asked the receptionist how much longer. She asked if I was waiting for the pills and I said no just the paper. So she went to go get it herself. Im pretty sure they made me wait on purpose but whatever. I went home and my husband was so upset. Come Monday he took me to get a second opinion. They did blood, urine, and Xrays. The doctor nodded his head when i told him my story and even took all the pills they gave me. He said that they didnt even put how many times a day to take the pills on the bottle. He said to throw the pills away because I did not have an infection, i had a simple muscle spasm. He gave me a new prescrpition, told me what to do, what kind of exercises/stretches to do. I was better in less than a week. This new doctor was kind if far, but was recommended by someone here. They charged me based on my income. I payed $25, plus my prescription $20 Almost 2 and a half weeks with pain, La Libertad misdiagnosed me. This place takes advantage of ppl that have no insurance and dont know better. I thank the person who recommended me where to go on here, and I hope that this review also helps someone else.

La verdad no me parece buena está Clínica fui el miércoles ydure cómo 2 horas esperando tras un fuerte dolor me inyectaron para dolor e infección que traia,me sacaron sangre,ultrasonido y radiografias.pero cuando salí del ultrasonido el doctor qué me estaba atendiendo se fue y no medio diagnóstico alguno nomas me dieron 2 pastillas una para infección y otra para desinflamacion y fue todo.pedi resultados y de lo que me Isieron y asta el próximo lunes me los dan...a pero si me cobraron $495.00 dólares .tienen muy poca responsabilidad y etica.ahora me tuvieron que traer al hospital de longbeach porque no me sirvió de nada ésa consulta.son un fraude

5 stars because of the Drs and PAs. The Doctors and Physician Assistants are amazing! The staff for is rude, obnoxious, lack skills in customer service, and professionalism. They make it seem as if you are there to beg them for free service or as if they are the ones with the knowledge of the MD and PA. However there is one staff member who stands out of the crowd I believe he is the x ray tech really nice guy! I do not speak for one single experience. Ive been visiting this clinic for years. 5 Estrellas para los Drs son una marvilla. Al personal de la clinica ni una Estrella no tiene formar de hablarle al cliente, les hace falta ser professionals, y aparte son groseras. Solo ahi un Sr q es differente siempre se Mira que da lo mejor de el en su trabajo. Y lo digo porque llevo años visitando esta clinica.

If I could give them a no star I would I took my son for a fever and infection of the throat this place first of all is nasty to be a medical facility and the dr came for one minute after they see my son they wanted to give him a shot and med I refused the shot told them to give me my prescription so I can take it to the pharmacy they said I could not have it that I had to buy the medicine there excuse me I have paid for consult I have the right to get my RX they just want to make money of people that dont know any better but screw them I am reporting them to the business bureau

Called ahead of time, they said last patient at 8:30. Show up an hour before and their excuse for not taking me was that they said 8:30 or before. Im not even sure what that meant. I guess they just choose when ever they want to stop seeing people before 8:30.
