Dear reader as a present patient again of Western Medical Group. I had seen my present doctor on Monday 03 December 2013, that our God has presently been assigned the patient to. The examining nurse was able to listen very well about the patient medical need and concerns. And just getting out of a hospital about four cities away per the present insurance company. Also because of having an all most fatal reaction to an IVIG treatment. And now lastly for the urgent request for an foot massger that was uesd while in the hospital because for leg circulation, past heart failure, swollen feet and wearing two walking boot cast along with non weight bearing. The present insurance medical group has denied the Primary Care Physician request for the medical needed foot massager. And for the patient to contact the P.C.P. for alternative options. And the patient is presently in an Medicare Advatage Health Plan (HMO). Who is presently involved in the patient attempted homicide. Patient thoughts, if the Medical Insurance Companies took the same care of their patients as they do their vehicles and prayerfully their families. Then would there be less patients in the hospitals? The patient did in the past leave this same Medicae Advatage Health Plan, for patient and Primary Care Physician request for IVIG treatments denied. It sad that some doctors and some insurance doctors still have to answer to the Insurance Companies. Thanks Merry Crristmas to all readers and Western Medical staff.

This practice is a monument to inefficiency. As new employer required immunity tests and additional shots performed, I had to visit this practice a total of 5 times (2 additional due to their fault due to missing tests on the forms or not having necessary prerequisites) and a couple more of unnecessary blood draws. Each time (except for the one employer made a call asking to expedite) the waiting time for a 5 minute procedure (blood draws and/or vaccination shots, no physical examination, no doctor visit) was 1 to 2 hours of wasted time. On the bright side, when you get through the door, the nursing staff was quite efficient and professional. To top it all off - after everything was done, they refused to give a copy of my test results, stating their policies and the fact that it was not me paying for the tests, which I know for a fact is simply not true. All in all, if you have a way to avoid this practice, I suggest you do and for those unlucky enough - have your employer expedite you as in my personal opinion a 1:15 service to waiting time ratio is inadequate for any services, even in healthcare.

WARNING LADIES: If you have to get an x-ray, take someone with you or ask for a staff member to be there. I felt so uncomfortable...almost like I got "Groped" a little bit...unless an x-ray of my spine includes pushing and poking and attempts to pull up the back of my gown. But the staff overall was good until the male workers tried to "shoo" me away after that. So I stood in the waiting area and said loudly that all females that are getting x-rays, dont go alone. Hes extra friendly.

Worst place ever been here 2 hours So I ask how much longer girl says computer crashed Why not let me know!!! Im in pain n they just talking away wen there are 6-8 patients waiting. Now 3-4 went in ahead of me n they came an hour after me . U come here get treated and they take along time. Do not recommend coming here at all!!! Waste of our time!! Came here because close to work only good thing, but not really

Horrible service, had to wait over an hour to be attended, even though I had an appointment. Customer service was very disorganized; the M.D that administered the test was very unfamiliar with said equipment. Although the manager seemed to help, the situation was ignored. Very dissatisfied, hope my experience wasnt shared.

I was there for more than two hours, waiting ,until I asked them about what was happening and they told me that they lost my documents, I was there for a drug test, the front desk is in very bad, poor, terrible, stupidity service, i cant believed, honestly I never been in a place with a front desk service that bad.

Why have a appointment and you have to wait 2 hours to see the doctors??? Shame Dr bosh. Come on time . Every time same thing. I left and came back and the Dr is still not ready . The ladys at the front desk are great .

Was there for over two hours they didnt even start processing my documents until an hour in when I asked what was going on. I just went for simple drug screening
