Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kakadia and his office staff. I was amazed of my experience. I was referred to him in January by a dear friend. It was a Saturday so I went onto his website. I noticed a place to request an appointment time with him so I gave my information and submitted my request. This is where my first impression was made. I immediately received a call back from Dr. Kakadia himself who left a message for me saying that my request was received and that I could call office on Monday to make an appointment. WOW! Before I could call the office on Monday, I received a call from Casie, who was my second impression. She could not have been more pleasant. She is extremely friendly and worked with me to schedule me ASAP. Casie brightens up his front door with her smile and Kindness. On my appointment day, I found my 3rd impression, The office is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and there is a great energy flowing through his office. Meeting Dr. Kakadia was a pleasure, He is very warm, very professional, very knowledgeable and showed great compassion for my dental needs. Having a loose tooth, he said he will do everything possible to save my tooth. Next I met the most wonderful Hygienist, Leslie, She took every effort to make sure that I was comfortable and had no pain. She is extremely sweet and has a wonderful tender nature making my 2 sessions with her very comfortable. She is a great asset to his office. I could go on and on about my positive experience, but most of all would like to say that this is by far the absolute BEST Dentist and office staff I have ever met. From the front door thru the entire office each one of them are great. If you are looking for a Dentist who can provide quality work, compassion, knowledge, an extremely clean environment, and wonderful office staff, please call and make an appointment with him today. I could not be happier and you will not be disappointed. IT IS MARCH AND I STILL HAVE MY TOOTH!

I am embarrassed to say how long it’s been since last going to the dentist. But if I knew it would be like Modern Dentistry I would have gone a lot sooner. My girlfriend referred me to Modern Dentistry and I have been excited about my dentist ever since. Even though I had not taken care of my dental health the way I should have, they did not make me feel like I was a terrible person. Instead they got to work on treating me, educating me and getting my mouth in good shape. With TVs and massaging chairs in every room there is nothing scary about going to this dentist. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel comfortable. There is marked improvement in my smile since going to Modern Dentistry. I have gotten comments on how my teeth are whiter and breath is better and I feel more confident now that I am getting my dental health in order. Scheduling appointments has been super convenient and I feel silly for waiting so long to go. Though I am no expert it is obvious that they use state of the art technology to treat their patient’s needs, Dr. K was able to use this to reconstruct one of my teeth in minutes and I am thankful because it feels better every time I eat. I understand that they take most insurances but I have MetLife and have had no issues with it here. If you stop putting off going to the dentist and go see Dr. K and the team at Modern Dentistry you will have a lot to smile about.

I had recently been in a car accident, and as bizarre as it could possibly be, half of a tooth had popped right out when the truck behind us carelessly collided with us. Anyhow, I sought out a dentist to help get the tooth fixed. Not having been to a dentist in quite sometime, I found my experience at the Shallowford Creek Dentistry and Dr. Ashish Kadakia to be very pleasant and comforting. The staff was extremely friendly. Their online system for confirming appointments and sending reminders was really convenient; as well as their quick emails with any needed documentations for insurance/claim purposes after the visit was helpful. I made multiple visits to this office in the course of a month and just felt comfortable, and professionally reassured by their timeliness, friendliness and credible advice. I definitely recommend this dentist - even if you have to drive 30-40 minutes out of your way. Oh, and the fact that theyre available on Saturdays was plus. Most people - like me - arent usually free on weekdays. Hope you find this helpful.

Excellent Doctor , and awesome helpers . The environment in the dentistry and inside your mouth both becomes HAPPY :) and painless. I had two of my teeth extracted in a period of 1 month and I thought it wouldnt be a happy affair as my last experience was terrible. But thanks to the doctor , he made it so painless and simple. He has the kindness to add a personal touch with his patients and that extra bit of care helps in happy and healthy healing. I am sure no Doctor would have done this : I couldnt meet the appointment schedule for a week and my tooth needed immediate attention, with his over packed schedule , he actually started the day 1 hr early to treat me, thanks to Susie , who came in early too. Feels good and being cared for. My husband used to go to another dentist who would make him wait for hours and finish the simple thing in like 2-3 hrs by making the patient wait on the dentist chair. He to has bid goodbyes to the past dentist and ... we can only think of dr. kakadia when we have a tooth prob :)

I have found my new dental home! Having previously worked for a dentist as well as having past negative dental experiences I was very nervous about finding a new dentist in the area. I was referred to Dr. K at Modern Dentistry by a friend. I called the office and spoke with Casey who was very bubbly and reassuring about the care and service I would receive. They were able to schedule me for my appointment two days later. At that appointment I met Dr. K and his assistant Heather. I was very impressed with their professionalism but also the care they expressed for me as a new patient. I could not have felt more comfortable! My next appointment was an extraction which I was extremely nervous about - like shaking nervous! But, Dr. K let me know exactly what to expect during the procedure, took his time, and made SURE I was completely numb. It was a breeze!! I VERY HIGHLY recommend Dr. K at Modern Dentistry, and I am so relieved to have found this place. I wont be visiting anywhere else EVER.

Dr. K is AMAZING! He takes the time to explain EVERYTHING to you and make sure you are comfortable with any and all procedures! He also personally calls you after each and every major procedure to make sure everything is healing as it should! I have NEVER had a dentist do this!! His staff is very friendly and easy to talk to as well! I drive 40 minutes to see Dr. K and would drive another 40 if I had to! I have been to MANY dentists and he is by far the best on MANY different levels! My husband is now also seeing Dr. K, and My husband brought a co worker to Dr. K because he was so pleased! We have also referred my brother and my brother in law to Dr. K! He is THE BEST!!!!! Update: Dr. K, as usual, went above and beyond for me. He fixed a chip tooth and crown on a Sunday after returning my emergency phone call on a Saturday night. I am a nursing mother and was unable to eat after my crown fell out. I certainly recommend him to family and friends.
