Absolutely awful! My 5 year old daughter had the mobile dentist come to her preschool and I was informed they found a cavity in April of this year. I immediately called the dentist my older children and I always go to. We got an appointment for about 2 weeks out. He is not specialized in pediatric dental, so I was referred here. Took about 3 weeks to get in there even with the referral. So, we are now up to 5 weeks with a large cavity. When I scheduled, they said they had gotten the referral already faxed, so we were good to go. I get to the appointment and we go back. My daughter has been diagnosed Adhd, ODD, and disruptive mood disorder which weve been to therapy for a year and a half, she goes to a behavioral school in West Chester and we have been working with Childrens hospital as well for behavioral therapy. On top of this and being scared, she was a bit rowdy, so of course Im talking to her as Ive been trained to do through all of this. Dr. Brockman came talked with her for around 5 minutes, looked at the tooth and then had the nurse take her to get a sticker. He then informs me that I need to schedule another appointment for this cavity! I said I thought thats why we were here today and he said no, this is a meet and greet to get to know each other (5 minutes) and at her next appointment, you need to stay quiet and let me do the talking! I was like ok, and explained her issues and all the things we were doing for her issues. Anyways, I then scheduled another appointment which was another month out. Now, 9 weeks with a large cavity. We get there today and shes of course acting out, I help the nurses hold her down to get her numb and they get Dr. Brockman. He comes in and informs me that I need to speak with her to calm her down and then I need to find another dentist BC she cant act that way! So, much for that meet and greet right? The one where I explained everything...I almost lost it, but held my composure and said if youd remember I told you about her conditions and Im really not sure what you people would like me to do! You tell me basically to shut up at my first appointment then talk to me at this one like, I allow this behavior! He ended up shutting himself up and got the cap on her tooth. Clearly, they are not equipped to handle children appropriately, yet they are pediatric specialists! She honestly wasnt acting any worse then a "normal" child her age at the dentist and trust me, Im in no denial of her behavior at times. I would NEVER recommend going there to anyone ever, I left feeling like an awful mother after the condescending way I was spoken to. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life! If I could give negative stars, I would!

Complete chaos! My 5 year old son was crying when the lady was doing his x-rays because the mouth pieces she was putting in were hurting him. She told him to bite down he said I cant it hurts so she forced his mouth shut. Then proceeds to tell him that 5 year olds should not be crying it doesnt hurt. There is one room where multiple dentists are doing treatments drills going lots of talking and not a very relaxing environment for a child to have a procedure where they have no idea what to expect. The dentist talked to my child like he was a disciplinarian to him and my son lashed out and had a complete meltdown. He had been to a different dentist before and did not have any problem came in smiling and left smiling. They also want to tell you how you can talk to your child. They want you to lie to your child like there its going to be a completely wonderful experience- well if I do that and it is terrible for him who do you think he loses trust in, me his mother, not going to allow it. If you have young children around say age 5 this is not a good office to go to. I left there so aggravated and upset for my child that I was also in tears.

My one year old had some problems with his teeth and as a result weve been to the office a few times already. Each visit was pleasant and the staff are very friendly. The office is clean, there are plenty of toys and distractions for the children, and our waits were always very short. Upon your first visit you receive a tour, a picture of your child, and they describe the incentives for good oral hygiene. Dr Brockman originally assessed my son and I think he is just wonderful. My son needed some work done, and I was extremely concerned about the procedures and options. Dr Brockman was very patient with me and all my questions, and spoke to me kindly. Dr Pollock performed the actual surgery and procedures on my son, and I found him to also be very kind, patient, and personable. Overall, our experience with both were very good, especially given that my son had to have surgery at such a young age. We will definitely be returning in the future with our son, and any other children we have in the future.

My two oldest needed extensive work done at ages 4 and 6. The staff used age appropriate terms to let them know what was happening each step of the way and encouragement to get it done the fastest way possible. I was able to be right there the whole time. My heart ached for what they went through but the staff here made it as smooth as possible-- better than the previous family/non-pediatric dentist we tried to use for the fillings. Weve had no cavities ever since and they are not traumatized.

My children have been going to Dr. Noonan and Brockman for the past twenty years. My granddaughters also go to the office now. We have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect by the doctors and staff. The kids occasionally run into the docotors outside the office and the doctors are always interested in how they are doing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care. The kids always love going to the office because of the games!

My 21 month son fell and busted his three front teeth and we went to the ER in Eaton. Was referred to them for emergency services. We called and they closed at noon on good Friday but waited an hour for us to get to middletown and the service was great. Friendly and great with our son. Granted they pulled his three teeth but the process was quick and professional. Thank you again for everything. Now my son looks like hockey but the dtaff wad amazing.

will I submit my children to the mental torture this dentists office employs to control their patients. When my daughter was just 4 years old, she was told over and over again "Shut up shut up, if you dont shut up youll never see your Mommy again." because she was crying after the novocaine injection for the pinhole cavity she needed filled. This traumatized her so badly that she is still afraid of the dentist and she is now 16 years old.
