After a full hour wait... I listened to Dr. Kim James ramble for less than five minutes about my skin condition. She barely took a breath when speaking with me. I had a list of questions but did not even have a chance to ask let alone even speak with her. She was extremely rude and I would not recommend her to anyone.

Ive been going to Dr. Kim James for about two years. I can always get an appointment right away, and the staff is very nice. Ive never had to wait more than ten minutes to see her.
